Compositions and methods for single molecular placement on a substrate
TL;DR: In this paper, methods and compositions for placing single target molecules on a patterned substrate are presented, where the target molecules are placed on the substrate in order to be placed in a pattern.

Functionalization and purification of molecules by reversible group exchange
TL;DR: In this article, the authors present methods and compositions for functionalizing molecules, such as oligonucleotides, with functional groups, including polyhistidine tags useful in affinity methods.

Hybrid nanopore sensors
Boyan Boyanov,Mandell Jeffrey G,Kevin L. Gunderson,Jingwei Bai,Qiang Liangliang,Bradley Baas +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, a detection apparatus consisting of a solid support with an array of solid-state nanopores and a plurality of lipid nanodiscs with protein nanopores is presented.
Patent
Methods and compositions for polypeptide analysis
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present methods and kits for analysis of polypeptides, which employ barcoding and nucleic acid encoding of molecular recognition events, and/or detectable labels.

Abstract LB-134: Analysis of restored FFPE samples on high-density SNP arrays
TL;DR: Ininium® genotyping of restored DNA from a collection of tumor FFPE samples confirmed the presence of genomic aberrations around known cancer genes and demonstrated that paired sample analysis using canonical genotype clusters provide improved precision in CNV and LOH analysis compared to single sample analysis.
