CAPS CAPS markers for discriminating of apple cultivars and uses thereof

TL;DR: In this article, the CAPS markers derived from single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) selected through a genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) technique exhibit accurate polymorphism for eight apple cultivars of Fuji, Gala, Golden delicious, Earlyblaze, Hongo, Kent, Aikanokaori and Jonahgold.

CAPS CAPS marker for discriminating presence or absence of pollen in pear and uses thereof

TL;DR: In this paper, a CAPS marker was used for detecting the presence or absence of a flowerpot and its use. And the present invention can be very useful in molecular breeding research and breeding industry of the pear by developing a primer for selection of molecular markers of the traits of the presence and absence of the pollen in the pear with reference to a mark close to a location of the high density gene map bout the pollen presence of the pectoral tissue.

Markers for discrimination of Whangkeumbae and Minibae

TL;DR: In this paper, the insertion or deletion (InDel) molecular marker was developed through using next generation sequencing (NGS) base sequence data of the golden pear and mini-pear varieties, which is used to analyze polymorphism and distinguish a golden pear variety and a minipear variety.

GBS Optimized restriction enzyme combination for constructing Pyrus spp. genotyping by sequencing library

TL;DR: In this paper, a composition for the production of a GBS library of fruit crop genomic DNA comprising ApeKI and TfiI restriction enzymes is presented, and a method for constructing the library of the fruit crop including a step of cutting the genomic DNA of the FAs with the ApeKi and TFiIs restriction enzymes, and the library constructed by the method.
