Improved coronary vasodilatatory capacity by H.E.L.P. apheresis: comparing initial and chronic treatment.

TL;DR: Hypercholesterolemia impairs endothelial function and subsequently decreases coronary vasodilatatory capacity, leading to an improved overall cardiac perfusion and nearly the same effect can be seen in patients after their first H.E.L.P. treatment.
