PURPOSE:To easily mount a jumper wiring by improving the efficiency of function alteration followed by parts addition by forming a pad part for mounting surface-mounted parts on a wiring pattern of a sub-printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:Surface-mounted parts 2 are mounted on a surface mounting printed board (PC) 1 to form a soldering part 4. On the soldering part 4 a flexible PC 10 as a PC for function alteration is mounted through soldering. Provided the surface mounting parts 2 are mounted on a portion of the printed board where the flexible PC 10 is bonded and fixed, an opening part is formed for avoiding the surface-mounted parts 2. A mounted-parts pad 15 for parts addition is formed on the flexible PC 10, and additional surface mounted parts 16 such as chip parts are mounted on the mounted parts pad 15 through soldering. Hereby, a new design of the PC 1 is ensured also for function alteration.

PURPOSE:To reduce the occupying space of a sheet coil used as a drive coil and to decrease the size of an entire motor by forming the drive coil on one surface of an insulating sheet of special thicknes and forming a speed detector on the other surface. CONSTITUTION:Bake-finish paint such as epoxy or phenol resin having excellent heat resistance and insulation is coated in a thickness of 1-30mum on a conductor layer such as a copper foil or the like, thereby forming a thin insulating film 65. Two thin films 65 prepared by forming the film 65 on the conductor layer 32 are butted each other, are bonded with adhesive 66 such as epoxy series resin having excellent heat resistance, and are strongly bonded through a pair of rollers. Thus, the insulating sheet 31 is formed with the thin insulating film and the adhesive, and copper foils are formed on both side surfaces. In this manner, a drive coil is formed as a sheet coil, and a speed detecting coil can be formed also as a sheet coil, thereby reducing the size of the entire motor.

PURPOSE:To obtain a printed wiring board having an aluminum wiring and a copper wiring by using ultraviolet ray hardening type etching resist ink wherein the hardening film has solubility to a particular solvent and acidproof and alkalineproof properties. CONSTITUTION:A substrate, wherein composite foils of an aluminium foil 4 and a copper foil 3 are connected on an aluminium plate 1 through an epoxy resin insulating layer 2 while holding the surface of the aluminium foil 4 upward, is obtained. The rear of the substrate is protected by a film 5 with an adhesive. Next, a prescribed pattern is continuously printed by using acidproof and alkalineproof acryl ultraviolet ray hardening type etching resist 6. Next, a strong base water solution is spray on the substrate and the aluminium foil 4 of the composite foils is etched in a pattern shape so as to obtain an aluminium wiring 8. A copper wiring 7 is formed by the similar process in order to finally obtain a printed wiring board consisting of an aluminium wiring 8 and a copper wiring 7.
