The return trough can be activated with a vibrating motion which exerts, on the parts present in the return trough, an advancement action in the direction opposite to the advancement action exerted on the parts in the feeder trough.

A method of producing long size preform is disclosed in which: a long size cylindrical collector extended in a manner penetrating a chamber is moved lengthwise thereof while it is rotated; a preheated metal layer is formed on the outer periphery of the collector by adhering a molten metal to the collector within the chamber at the upstream side in the traveling direction of the collector; and a molten metal is caused to be cumulated by spray deposit on the metal layer formed on the outer periphery of the collector by spraying the molten metal from the ceiling within the chamber at the downstream side in the traveling direction of the collector by way of an atomizer which ejects an inert gas. By using this method, porosity occurring on the collector side of the preform may be inhibited.

CONSTITUTION:Surface-mounted parts 2 are mounted on a surface mounting printed board (PC) 1 to form a soldering part 4. On the soldering part 4 a flexible PC 10 as a PC for function alteration is mounted through soldering. Provided the surface mounting parts 2 are mounted on a portion of the printed board where the flexible PC 10 is bonded and fixed, an opening part is formed for avoiding the surface-mounted parts 2. A mounted-parts pad 15 for parts addition is formed on the flexible PC 10, and additional surface mounted parts 16 such as chip parts are mounted on the mounted parts pad 15 through soldering. Hereby, a new design of the PC 1 is ensured also for function alteration.

PURPOSE:To reduce the occupying space of a sheet coil used as a drive coil and to decrease the size of an entire motor by forming the drive coil on one surface of an insulating sheet of special thicknes and forming a speed detector on the other surface. CONSTITUTION:Bake-finish paint such as epoxy or phenol resin having excellent heat resistance and insulation is coated in a thickness of 1-30mum on a conductor layer such as a copper foil or the like, thereby forming a thin insulating film 65. Two thin films 65 prepared by forming the film 65 on the conductor layer 32 are butted each other, are bonded with adhesive 66 such as epoxy series resin having excellent heat resistance, and are strongly bonded through a pair of rollers. Thus, the insulating sheet 31 is formed with the thin insulating film and the adhesive, and copper foils are formed on both side surfaces. In this manner, a drive coil is formed as a sheet coil, and a speed detecting coil can be formed also as a sheet coil, thereby reducing the size of the entire motor.

PURPOSE:To prevent parts from being hold up at the entrance part on the line-up passage by vibrating the parts expelling part installed near the conveying passage by the opposite shape when sending the parts from the conveying passage into the line-up passage by a parts feeder. CONSTITUTION:Parts P sent along a chute 1 in the arrow direction by vibration are lined by a wiper 3, while an inclined part P is expelled into a returning chute 2 by the inclined part 3a at the entrance of the wiper 3, and it is returned to the chute 1. The entrance inclined part 3a of the wiper 3 has one end 11a fixed on the returning chute 2, and the other end 11b is provided with an expelling plate 11 oppositely facing in parallel to the inclined part 3a. Since the returning chute 2 and expelling plate 11 are vibrated by the opposite phase to the chute 1 and wiper 3, the part Pa which has fallen headlong into the inclined part 3a is pushed back by being hindered the progress, and expelled into the returning chute 2.
