Synthesis and Localized Photoluminescence Blinking of Lead-Free 2D Nanostructures of Cs3Bi2I6Cl3 Perovskite
Kaushik Kundu,Paribesh Acharyya,Krishnendu Maji,Ranjan Sasmal,Sarit S. Agasti,Kanishka Biswas +5 more
TL;DR: This work demonstrates, for the first time, the synthesis of nanocrystals (NCs) and 2D nanosheets (NSs) of layered mixed halide, Cs3Bi2I6Cl3, by solution-based method and finds individual NCs were found to display temporal intermittency (blinking) in PL emission.
Journal ArticleDOI
2D Nanoplates and Scaled-Up Bulk Polycrystals of Ruddlesden–Popper Cs2PbI2Cl2 for Optoelectronic Applications
TL;DR: Two-dimensional (2D) layered Ruddlesden-Popper (RP) phases of halide perovskite offer exotic properties and interesting structure, which make them suitable candidates for solar photovoltaics, light....

Journal ArticleDOI
Charge Transfer in the Heterostructure of CsPbBr3 Nanocrystals with Nitrogen-Doped Carbon Dots.
TL;DR: The heterostructure integration of CsPbBr3 nanocrystal with N-doped carbon dot for the first time is presented and the charge transfer occurs via quasi type II like electronic band alignment.
