Disclosed is a transmission (1), in particular a dual-clutch transmission, for a motor vehicle, comprising at least two sub-transmissions (2, 3), each sub-transmission (2, 3) having at least one input shaft (EW1, EW2), the at least two input shafts (EW1, EW2) being arranged on a input drive end (AN) on an input shaft axis (4), an output shaft on an output drive end (AB) as an output drive shaft of the two sub-transmissions (2, 3), a layshaft assembly (6), the layshaft assembly (6) having at least one layshaft axis (5a, 5b) with at least two layshafts (VW1a, VW1b, VW2a, VW2b, VW3a, VW3b, VW4a, VW4b, VW5a), at least one main shaft (HW1, HW2) arranged on the input shaft axis (4), and at least one range group (RG1, RG2), via which at least one main shaft (HW1, HW2) can be connected to the output drive shaft, at least one of the input shafts (EW1, EW2) being connectable to the output drive shaft via at least one gear plane (I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI) and or via at least one shift element (S11, S12, S21, S22, S31, S41, S42, S51, S52, S61) and/or via at least one main shaft (HW1, HW2), characterised in that N shift devices (SE1, SE2, SE3, SE4, SE5, SE6) are arranged, at most one of the N shift devices (SE1, SE2, SE3, SE4, SE5, SE6) being arranged on the at least one layshaft axis (5a, 5b) and N being a number greater than or equal to three, and in that the first three of the N shift devices (SE1, SE2, SE3, SE4, SE5, SE6) are arranged torque-downstream of the input drive end (AN) of the transmission (1) on the input shaft axis (4).

The controller has a base plate (10), a circuit board (20) on the base plate, an electronic circuit (23) electrically connected to the circuit board and a plastic housing cover joined (30) to the base plate in a contact region. The housing cover encloses and guides an electrical conductor (31). One end (32) of the electrical conductor is fed out of the housing cover in the contact region, protrudes into an opening (11) in the base plate and makes an electrical connection with a conducting track on the circuit board. Conductor ends frictionally attach the housing cover to the base plate.

Controller for motor vehicle e.g. for automatic transmission

An electrohydraulic transmission control apparatus (10) that produces, controls and directs hydraulic pressure inputs to the clutches, brakes and shift mechanisms of an automatic transmission to shift the transmission. A module body (14) supports control apparatus components and is removably mountable to a transmission housing (16) of the transmission. The module body (14) defines a plurality of fluid conduits (28). A plurality of control valves (26) is disposed on the module body (14) and meter hydraulic fluid through the conduits (28) to brake and clutch hydraulic cylinders and shift mechanisms in the transmission. A plurality of solenoid-operated control valves (26) is also disposed on the module body. A controller (34) disposed on the module body is connected to the solenoids (30) and controls the valves by operating the solenoids (30) in accordance with inputs received from sensors (36-44) that detect various factors representing the running state of the transmission and the vehicle it's mounted in. A hydraulic oil pump (56) integrated into the apparatus (10) provides pressurized hydraulic oil to the control valves (26) and includes internal controller (34) software that directs calibration of the apparatus.

A pressure support system that includes a first housing member and a second housing member. The first housing member has a first plurality of cavities defined therein, and the second housing member has a second plurality of cavities defined therein. The first and second plurality of cavities cooperate to define (a) a first chamber adapted to receive a first component of the pressure support system, (b) a second chamber adapted to receive a second component of the pressure support system, and (c) a first conduit connecting the first component and the second in fluid communication when the first and second housing members are assembled. A fastening system secures the first and second housing members in an assembled relation.
