Analysis of employee's characteristic using data visualization

It is well known that disease of human and economic traits of livestock are affected a lot by gene combination effect rather than a single gene effect. But existing methods have disadvantages such as heavy computing, many expenses and long time. In order to overcome those drawbacks, SNPHarvester was developed to find the main gene combinations among the many genes. In this paper, we used the superior gene combination which are related to the quality of the Korean beef cattle among sets of SNPs by SNPHarvester, and identified the superior genotypes using radial graph which can enhance various qualities of Korean beef among selected SNP combinations.

Social indicator survey can identify the state of society as a whole. When we create a policy, social indicator survey can reflect the public opinion of the region. Social indicator survey is an important measure of social change. Social indicator survey has been conducted in many municipalities (Seoul, Incheon, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongsangnamdo, etc.). But, the result of social indicator survey analysis is mainly the basic statistical analysis. In this study, we propose a new data mining methodology for effective analysis. We propose a 3-step complex data mining in society indicator survey. 3-step complex data mining uses three data mining method (intervening association rule, clustering, decision tree).

If the regression model or the propensity model is correct, the unbiasedness of the estimator using doubly robust imputation can be guaranteed. Using a neural network instead of a logistic regression model for the propensity model, the estimators using doubly robust imputation are approximately unbiased even though both assumed models fail. We also propose a doubly robust estimator of ratio form using population information of an auxiliary variable. We prove some properties of proposed theory by restricted simulations.

Data mining is a method of searching for an interesting relationship among items in a given database. The decision tree is a typical algorithm of data mining. The decision tree is the method that classifies or predicts a group as some subgroups. In general, when researchers create a decision tree model, the generated model can be complicated by the standard of model creation and the number of input variables. In particular, if the decision trees have a large number of input variables in a model, the generated models can be complex and difficult to analyze model. When creating the decision tree model, if there are marginally conditional variables (intervening variables, external variables) in the input variables, it is not directly relevant. In this study, we suggest the method of creating a decision tree using marginally conditional variables and apply to actual data to search for efficiency.

이 연구는 국내 설교학 연구동향을 가늠하고자 설교학 분야에서는 지금까지 한 번도 시도되지 않았던 키워드 네트워크 분석을 시행하였는데, RISS(학술연구정보서비스)를 통해 가려낸 2000년 이후에 생산된 설교학 연구 논문 533편에서 1,613개의 저자 키워드를 추출해 NetMiner4 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 빈도분석 결과, ‘강해설교’, ‘신설교학,’ ‘설교자’, ‘수사학’, ‘설교신학’, ‘청중’, ‘예배’가 20회 이상 높은 빈도로 출현하였다. 연결중심성 분석에서는 ‘강해설교’, ‘신설교학’, ‘설교신학’, ‘수사학’, ‘설교자’, ‘내러티브 설교’, ‘적용’, ‘한국교회’ ‘청중’, ‘하나님의 말씀’, ‘개혁주의 설교’이 높은 순위를 보였다. 매개중심성이 높은 키워드는 ‘강해설교’, ‘설교자’, ‘수사학’, ‘청중’, ‘목회’, ‘신설교학’, ‘하나님의 말씀’, ‘설교신학’, ‘한국교회’, ‘내러티브 설교’였다. 응집성 분석 결과, 6개의 하위 주제가 네트워크를 형성하고 있었다. 하위 그룹은 G1: 설교의 전달, G2: 설교의 신학, G3: 설교의 맥락, G4: 강해설교와 신설교학, G5: 설교의 구성 요소, G6: 수사학으로 나타났다.
