Cosmopolitan Pluralism as an Approach to Law and Globalisation

TL;DR: The question of "What is law?" lost its intricacy as soon as a legal centralism came to prevail in legal scholarship as discussed by the authors. But it could be answered by a glance at the official gazette, and the issue of legitimacy turned into an aspect of legality.
