Abstract: The invention provides a linear compressor and an oil lubricating method thereof. The linear compressor comprises an outer casing which accommodates refrigerating mediums and lubricating oil; an air cylinder, a piston and a piston shaft are arranged inside the outer casing; a gap is formed between the air cylinder and the piston shaft; a flange plate is configured on the outer peripheral surface of the air cylinder; an air cylinder cover is fixed on the flange plate; an exhaust valve is arranged on the internal side of the air cylinder cover on the end portion of the air cylinder; space which is defined by the piston, the air cylinder and the air cylinder cover is separated into a compression chamber and an exhaust chamber which are communicated through the exhaust valve; the linear compressor is provided with an oil storage air chamber which is communicated with the exhaust chamber and the gap; the lubricating oil is connected with the compression chamber through an oil suction pipe; the lubricating oil enters into the compression chamber through the oil suction pipe due to relative movement between the piston and the air cylinder; the lubricating oil and the refrigerating mediums are mixed inside the compression chamber to form into high pressure gas-oil mixture; the high pressure gas-oil mixture is discharged into the exhaust chamber; partial high pressure gas-oil mixture enters into the oil storage chamber and the gap is full of the partial high pressure gas-oil.

Abstract: The invention discloses a linear compressor and a motor fixing structure thereof. The motor fixing structure comprises an inner stator, an air cylinder and a flange, and the inner stator is clamped on the front flange through a clamping portion. By the motor fixing structure, the clamping portion arranged on the front flange functions in positioning the inner stator to enable the inner stator to be fixed without dependence on the air cylinder, when the inner stator is fixed, the air cylinder and the inner stator are spaced by a certain distance without being in close contact, and accordingly loss generated by the magnetic field through the air cylinder is reduced; all the front flange, the air cylinder and the boss are made of non-magnetic materials, so that magnetic loss can be reduced greatly integrally.

Abstract: The invention provides a stator lamination fixing structure and method, a motor and a linear compressor. Stator laminations are arranged in a cylindrical shape. Protrusions, which extrude towards the external side along an axial direction and/or a radial direction of the cylindrical shape, are formed on the stator laminations. Fixing pieces, which are corresponding to the protrusions, are configured on the end surface and/or the side surface of the cylindrical shape of the stator laminations, and the fixing pieces are provided with through holes for penetration of the protrusions. Loosening of the stator laminations can be prevented via coordination of the through holes and the protrusions, and stator lamination sets can be fixed and overall firmness of stators can be enhanced via the coordination of the protrusions and the through holes.

The invention also provides an oil supply method for a linear compressor. The oil supply method comprises the following steps of providing an oil supply device comprising an oil cylinder and an oil supply piston arranged in the oil cylinder; fixing one of the oil cylinder and the oil supply piston on a shell of the linear compressor; and enabling the other one of the oil cylinder and the oil supply piston to be in linkage with a motor body. The motor body and the shell move relatively by reciprocating motion of the linear compressor; the oil cylinder and the oil supply piston are driven to move relatively; and the oil supply device supplies oil through an oil supply pipe connected with the oil supply device.

The lubricating structure for the linear compressor comprises an air cylinder and a front flange; an oil supply pipeline is arranged on the front flange; a first oil pipeline which can transport lubricating oil from the oil supply pipeline to the piston surface is arranged between the front flange and a combination surface of the air cylinder. The lubricating structure for the linear compressor can reduce friction between a piston and the air cylinder wall and restrain temperature of a contact position of the piston and the air cylinder wall from rising and enables the linear compressor performance to be improved.

Abstract: The invention discloses a piston of a linear compressor and the linear compressor comprising the piston. At least part of the overlapped part of the projection of the piston on at least one plane of the axis of the piston and the projection of an inner stator of a motor in the plane is made of a nonmagnetic or nonmagnetic and nonconductive material, so that a magnetic field produced by a coil is not cut by the moving piston, magnetic losses are not caused, the working efficiency of the linear compressor is greatly improved and the electric energy is saved. Besides, since the nonmagnetic or nonmagnetic and nonconductive material is lighter than common material, the overall weight of the piston and the compressor is reduced, more energy can be used for doing compression work and the energy utilization ratio is further improved.

Abstract: The invention discloses a linear compressor and an oil supply device thereof. The linear compressor comprises a shell and a motor body located in the shell. The oil supply device comprises an oil pump, the oil pump comprises an oil cylinder and an oil piston which are matched with each other, the oil cylinder and the oil piston are connected to the shell and the motor body of the linear compressor respectively and fixedly, and the oil cylinder is fixedly connected to the shell of the linear compressor through a magnetic attraction device. The oil cylinder and the oil piston of the oil pump are connected to the shell and the motor body of the linear compressor respectively and fixedly, relative movement of the oil cylinder and the oil piston is achieved through relative vibration between the shell and the motor body of the linear compressor, the oil supply device does not need to rely on inertia in a working process, and the reliability is high. Besides, due to the fact that the oil cylinder and the oil piston are connected to the shell and the motor body of the linear compressor respectively and fixedly, no non-fixed component exits, and installation is easy and convenient.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a lubricating oil supply device for a linear compressor. The lubricating oil supply device for the linear compressor comprises a pump body fixed to the linear compressor. A first through hole is formed in the center of the pump body. An oil inlet and an oil discharge outlet are formed in the two ends of the pump body respectively, the oil inlet is connected with a first valve base, a second through hole communicated with the oil inlet is formed in the center of the first valve base, a sealing device which can block the oil inlet but can move in an inner cavity of the first through hole is arranged in the inner cavity of the first through hole, and a stopping device for limiting the sealing device is connected to the portion, close to the oil discharge outlet, of the inner cavity of the first through hole. The lubricating oil supply device for the linear compressor is simple in structure, easy to machine, low in cost, good in oil pumping effect, small in power consumption and high in reliability.

Abstract: The invention provides an inner stator for a linear compressor motor. The inner stator comprises stator blocks which are orderly arranged around an axial circumference and are set in a divergent way. The combined gap between adjacent stator blocks is provided with a stator filling block made of magnetic material. The stator filling block is far from the outer side of a motor shaft and is assembled at the outer circumference of the stator. The invention also provides for a motor for a linear compressor and the linear compressor. Through improving the structure of the inner stator in the linear compressor, the combined gap formed at the inner stator outer circumference is used, a small stator block is inserted into a combined gap formed by large stator blocks, thus the magnetic loss caused by the gap in the inner stator, and the efficiency of the motor is improved.

The rear end of the cylinder of the linear compressor is placed in an annular groove of the front flange, so that the coaxility on the cylinder and the whole front flange can be ensured, the coaxility on the cylinder and the whole linear compressor can be ensured and high coaxility on a piston and the cylinder is guaranteed. Part of the external stator and/or the internal stator is formed integrally by powder with magnetic permeability so that reduction of manufacturing cost of the external stator and the internal stator is facilitated and at the same time, the structure and manufacturing process of the external stator and the internal stator are simplified in a certain degree. Thus improvement of the magnetic permeability of the external stator and the internal stator is facilitated and thus motor performance is improved.
