Synthesis, characterization, and adsorption properties of magnetic Fe3O4@graphene nanocomposite

TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis of magnetic Fe3O4@graphene composite (FGC) and utilization in dye removal from aqueous media were investigated by the structural, surface, and magnetic characteristics of the nanosized composite.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication of Fe3O4/SiO2 core/shell nanoparticles attached to graphene oxide and its use as an adsorbent

TL;DR: Thermodynamic parameters indicated that the adsorption of methylene blue onto the material was thermodynamically feasible and could occur spontaneously and a second-order kinetic equation could best describe the sorption kinetics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Microdroplet-based synthesis of polymethylsilsesquioxane microspheres with controllable size, surface morphology, and internal structure

TL;DR: In this article , a microdroplet-based strategy was developed for the synthesis of polymethylsilsesquioxane (PMSQ) microspheres with larger particle sizes.
