Ligustri Lucidi Fructus as a traditional Chinese medicine: a review of its phytochemistry and pharmacology
TL;DR: The results of data analysis on the chemical, pharmacological characteristics of LLF support the view that this species has many therapeutic properties and indicate its potential as an effective herbal remedy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fourier transform mid-infrared spectroscopy (FT-MIR) combined with chemometrics for quantitative analysis of dextrin in Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza) granule.
TL;DR: The results suggest that FT-MIR combined with PLS is a rapid and valuable analytical tool to determine the WESY in DG based on excipient content, and represents a reference standard for rapid analysis of other WESys in GCM industry.
Journal ArticleDOI
A new cassane diterpenoid from the seeds of Caesalpinia decapetala
TL;DR: The structure of the new cassane diterpenoid was elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 1H NMR, 13C N MR, HSQC, 1H − 1H COSY, HMBC, NOESY, and HR-ESI-MS.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bioactivity-Guided Fractionation of Antioxidative Constituents of Ligustrum lucidum
TL;DR: In this article, an activity-guided phytochemical analysis was performed using the 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging assay in order to isolate the antioxidative compounds, which yielded six known compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characterization of the Processing of Dry Lily (Lilium davidii Duch.) Bulbs by Mid-Infrared Spectroscopy
TL;DR: In this article, the authors focused on identifying the processing methods used in dry lily products by mid-infrared spectroscopy and found that the peak near 1029 cm−1 was red-shifted by 3-6 cm− 1, and the intensity of the peak at 1153 cm −1 increased significantly when the lilies were blanched.
