Journal ArticleDOI

A c(RGDfE) conjugated multi-functional nanomedicine delivery system for targeted pancreatic cancer therapy

TL;DR: Intracellular targeted gemcitabine delivery using c(RGDfE)-pMMSNs offers a promising approach for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI

MRI-guided interventional natural killer cell delivery for liver tumor treatment

TL;DR: Transcatheter IHA infusion improves NK cell homing efficacy and immunotherapeutic efficiency and there was a strong correlation between tumor R2* value change at 24 h postinfusion and tumor volume change at 8 days in IHA group (R2 = 0.704, P < 0.001).
Journal ArticleDOI

Clinically applicable magnetic-labeling of natural killer cells for MRI of transcatheter delivery to liver tumors: preclinical validation for clinical translation.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that MRI tracks HPF-labeled NK cells migration within liver following IPV delivery for first time, and IPV transcatheter infusion permitted selective delivery of NK cells to liver tissues and MRI allowed tracking NK cell biodistributions within the tumors.
Journal ArticleDOI

MRI-monitored intra-tumoral injection of iron-oxide labeled Clostridium novyi-NT anaerobes in pancreatic carcinoma mouse model.

TL;DR: C.novyi-NT can be labeled with iron-oxide nanoparticles for MRI visualization of intra-tumoral deposition following percutaneous injection during bacteriolytic therapy, and the potential to use MRI to visualize intra-Tumoral delivery of these Iron-oxide labeled anaerobes is demonstrated.
