To provide heat exchanger elements which allow the creation of Enthalpy exchangers whereby the efficiency of sensible energy exchange and latent energy exchange can be varied and controlled and especially improved, a method for the production of heat exchanger elements is provided including a) producing a plate element with defined outer dimensions and corrugations in the area within a border, b) perforating the plate in predefined areas and in predefined dimensions, c) filling the perforations with a polymer with latent energy recovery capability and d) curing the polymer.

A split-type condenser box body (7) is formed by means of a steel plate structure, a residual heat recovery comb-shaped heat exchange pipeline (8) is installed obliquely in the box body, such that steam and residual heat recovery water are combined, in a split-type condenser cavity, with high temperature waste steam, to form low-resistance wave-shaped reverse crossed stepped heat exchange; a plurality of groups of split-type condenser components are assembled, by means of buffer connection blocks (16), into a heat exchange space of a straight line having a sufficient length, for recovering, in a total heat mode, high temperature hot water and high-efficiency condensed water. The low-pressure steam and high temperature hot water that are obtained can be used for secondary power generation, and can also be used in industry and day-to-day life.

Split-type condenser for recovering high temperature total heat

A heat exchange apparatus is applied for an external fluid environment, the fluid mixer with a valve with adjustable opening is in series connection with a heat exchanger of a low number of columns, one part of the external fluid is mixed with the other part of the external fluid flowing through a first segment of the heat exchanger, mixed fluid is generated, and heat exchange to the second heat exchanger is generated. Thereby, the problems are solved in the prior art that the heat exchange efficiency in the heat exchanger of a high number of columns is low and high costs are required for fin design change.

The invention discloses a low potential energy recovery high-efficiency combined heat exchange device based on a heat pipe and a finned pipe, which comprises a heat-pipe heat exchanger provided with the heat pipe and a finned heat exchanger provided with the finned pipe, and is characterized in that: the heat-pipe heat exchanger is divided into a heat pipe lower cavity and a heat pipe upper cavity through a clapboard; an evaporation section of the heat pipe is positioned in the heat pipe lower cavity; a condensation section of the heat pipe passes through the clapboard and then positioned in the heat pipe upper cavity; one end of the heat pipe lower cavity is provided with a heat carrier inlet, while the other end is communicated with one end of the finned heat exchanger; the other end of the finned heat exchanger is provided with a heat carrier outlet; an inlet end of the finned pipe extends out of the finned heat exchanger and is communicated with a cold carrier inlet, while the outlet end is communicated with the heat pipe upper cavity through a pipeline; and the heat pipe upper cavity is provided with a cold carrier outlet through which a cold carrier flowing into the pipeline flows out. The low potential energy recovery high-efficiency combined heat exchange device has the advantages of small volume and high heat exchange efficiency.
