TL;DR: It is demonstrated that participation in prenatal aerobic exercise at recommended levels may improve fetal cardiac function and outflow parameters in the third trimester of pregnancy and follow-up cardiovascular measures in the postnatal period are needed.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the impact of a culturally modified, individually tailored lifestyle intervention on sleep outcomes among postpartum Latina women with abnormal glucose tolerance in pregnancy and found that lifestyle interventions improve sleep quality but not sleep duration, sleep onset latency, sleep efficiency, or daytime dysfunction.
