Journal ArticleDOI

The Development of Highly Potent Inhibitors for Porcupine

TL;DR: The structure-activity relationship studies and the identification of subnanomolar inhibitors of Porcn inhibitors are described and the effects of IWPs on Wnt-dependent developmental processes, including zebrafish posterior axis formation and kidney tubule formation are reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of a triazole class of highly potent Porcn inhibitors.

TL;DR: This study yielded IWP-O1, a Porcn inhibitor with an EC50 value of 80pM in a cultured cell reporter assay of Wnt signaling, and has significantly improved metabolic stability over the authors' previously reported Porcn inhibitors.
Patent

Disubstituted and trisubtituted 1,2,3-triazoles as wnt inhibitors

TL;DR: The present disclosure provides compounds that may be useful for inhibiting Wnt pathway comprising compounds of the formula: (Ia) or (Ib) wherein the variables are as defined herein this paper.
