: THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEVELS OF KNOWLEDGE AND LEVELS OF ANXIETY TOWARD COVID-19 AMONG ADOLESCENTS AT BALIKPAPAN ADVENTIST HIGH SCHOOL Introduction: coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) that appear in Indonesia since the beginning of March 2020 has become a serious condition  to all age groups, including teenager. Teenager is called  age of transition, when biological and psychological development occurs. Covid-19 can affect the psychological development of adolescents, causing anxiety that can not be controlled. One of the factors that influence anxiety is knowledge. Purpose: the purpose of this  paper was to know the relationship between knowledge levels with anxiety levels in adolescents on the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: the study utilized a descriptive analytic with total sampling design . R espondents in this paper were all students of XII class in Balikpapan Adventist Senior High School totaling 60 people. Data collection using knowledge questionnaire adopted from the WHO surveyand  Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire. Result: there were 9 respondents (15%) with standard knowledge felt mild anxiety, 33 respondents (55%) with good knowledge felt mild anxiety, 4 respondents (6.6%) with standard knowledge felt moderate anxiety, 9 respondents (15%) with good knowledge felt moderate anxiety, 1 respondent (1.7%) with standard knowledge felt severe anxiety, 4 respondents (6.7%) with good knowledge felt severe anxiety. The results of the chi-square test obtained p-value of 0.135 α (0,05). Kesimpulan: tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan yang dialami pada remaja, khususnya remaja kelas XII SMA Advent Balikpapan. Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Terhadap Covid-19 Pada Remaja Di SMA Advent Balikpapan

Background: Schizophrenia is a persistent and debilitating mental illness, and its prognosis depends largely on supportive care and systematic treatment. In developing countries like China, families constitute the major caregiving force for schizophrenia and are faced with many challenges, such as lack of knowledge, skills, and resources. The approach to support family caregiving in an accessible, affordable, feasible, and cost-effective way remains unclear. The wide-spread use of WeChat provides a promising and cost-effective medium for support.
Objective: We aim to present a protocol for assessing a WeChat-based integrative family intervention (WIFI) to support family caregiving for schizophrenia.
Methods: We will develop a WIFI program that includes the following three core components: (1) psychoeducation (WeChat official account), (2) peer support (WeChat chat group), and (3) professional support (WeChat video chat). A rigorous stepped-wedge cluster randomized trial will be used to evaluate the implementation, effectiveness, and cost of the WIFI program. The WIFI program will be implemented in 12 communities affiliated with Changsha Psychiatric Hospital through the free medicine delivery process in the 686 Program. The 12 communities will be randomized to one of four fixed sequences every 2 months during an 8-month intervention period in four clusters of three communities each. Outcomes will be assessed for both family caregivers and people with schizophrenia. Family caregivers will be assessed for their knowledge and skills about caregiving, social support, coping, perceived stigma, caregiver burden, family functioning, positive feelings, and psychological distress. People with schizophrenia will be assessed for their symptoms, functioning, quality of life, recovery, and rehospitalization. Cost data, such as intervention costs, health care utilization costs, and costs associated with lost productivity, will be collected. Moreover, we will collect process data, including fidelity and quality of program implementation, as well as user attitude data. Treatment effects will be estimated using generalized linear maximum likelihood mixed modeling with clusters as a random effect and time as a fixed effect. Cost-effectiveness analysis will be performed from the societal perspective using incremental cost-effectiveness ratios. Qualitative analysis will use the grounded theory approach and immersion-crystallization process.
Results: The study was funded in August 2018 and approved by the institutional review board on January 15, 2019. Preliminary baseline data collection was conducted in May 2019 and completed in September 2019. The WIFI program is expected to start in September 2020.
Conclusions: This is the first study to assess a WeChat-based mHealth intervention to support family caregiving for schizophrenia in China. The innovative study will contribute to the development of a more cost-effective and evidence-based family management model in the community for people with schizophrenia, and the approach could potentially be integrated into national policy and adapted for use in other populations.

Assessing a WeChat-Based Integrative Family Intervention (WIFI) for Schizophrenia: Protocol for a Stepped-Wedge Cluster Randomized Trial

Background: Shift work is a way to maintain proper health care daily at hospital. Shift work may affect fatigue level of nurse and work related stress in Emergency Room (ER) nurses. Generally there are two types of shift work, such as two and three division time a day. The three-division time shift includes 6-6-12 shift and 7-7-10 hours shift, and two-division time includes 12-12 hours shift. Lack of studies discusses about shift work on fatigue and work related stress in ER nurses. Objective: The aim of this study was to identify the differences of the effects between 6-6-12 shift, 7-7-10 shift, and 12-12 shift on fatigue and work related stress, and determine the dominant indicator influencing fatigue and work related stress in emergency nurses at the hospitals in Badung and Denpasar regency, Bali Indonesia. Methods: This was an observational analytic study with cross sectional approach. Purposive sampling was done to recruit 102 nurses from eight emergency departments at Badung and Denpasar regency. Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery (OFER) questionnaire was used to measure fatigue, and Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) questionnaire was used to measure work related stress. Univariate analysis was used to analyze demographic characteristics of each ER. Kruskall-Wallis test with post hoc Mann Whitney were used to determine the different score of fatigue and work related stress between each group, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to identify contribution of fatigue toward work related stress of ER nurses.  Results: There were significant difference of the effect of shift work on fatigue, between 6-6-12 shift and 12-12 shift with p = 0.037, and between 7-7-10 shift and 12-12 shift with p = 0.003; and significant difference of the effect of shift work on work related stress, between 6-6-12 shift and 12-12 shift with p = 0.474, and between 7-7-10 shift and 12-12 shift with p = 0.128. SEM results show that fatigue contributed about 61% to increase work related stress in ER nurses. Conclusion: There was significant difference of the effects on fatigue between two and three-division time of shifts, and there was no difference of the effect on work related stress for each group. Fatigue statistically increased work related stress in ER nurses.

Background: Hypertension, which is one of the major health problems, not only in Indonesia but also around the world, has attracted a great number of concerns. Hypertension is a risk factor for heart disease, diabetes, kidney failure, and stroke. Most people with hypertension do not know that they are hypertensive, so they tend not to get proper treatment. The factors that influence the occurrence of hypertension are divided into two major groups, namely, those that cannot be controlled such as gender, age, genetic properties and race, and those that can be controlled such as diet, exercise habits, employment, consumption of salt, coffee, alcohol and stress. The study aims to determine the triggering factors associated with hypertension. Material and methods: This type of quantitative research using descriptive correlation study method was conducted on individuals aged over 18 years in the city of Kendal, Central Java, amounting to 428 people. The sample was pooled employing purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed univariably in the form of frequency distribution and bivariately using the Chi-square test. Results: The results show that the majority of the respondents with hypertension were those aged 51–60 years, male, and working as fishermen. In this regard, there are a factor of hypertension, obesity in the moderate category, and stage III hypertension. In addition, there is a relationship between the triggering factors of hypertension (age, gender, employment, heredity, obesity) and the incidence of hypertension (p value < 0.005). Conclusion: Triggering factors related to hypertension include age, gender, employment, heredity, and obesity level.

Triggering factors related to hypertension in the City of Kendal, Indonesia

Bullying cases still often occur in the world of education, from elementary school to university level. Compared to other levels of education, bullying is more common among high school students. This type of research is mixed-method research. This type of quantitative research uses a descriptive-analytical method with a cross-sectional design while the qualitative approach is with an exploratory design and a phenomenological approach. The research was conducted in six selected senior high schools (SMA) in July-September 2020. The total sample was 310 respondents. Meanwhile, for qualitative research, the number of informants was 12 informants. Quantitative analysis was carried out in 2 stages, namely: descriptive analysis and inferential analysis to prove the correlation between variables, using the Chi-Square test. Meanwhile, qualitative data analysis was carried out using phenomenological analysis. The results showed that there was a correlation between knowledge and bullying behavior (0.029 less than 0.05), attitudes with bullying behavior (0.028 less than 0.05) and the social environment with bullying behavior (0.001 less than 0.05). In addition, students also assess or think that bullying is common among them, and it is considered a joke and can familiarize one another. Lack of understanding and awareness of bullying and its effects causes bullying behavior to occur frequently. It is necessary to establish clear rules and sanctions in schools to prevent bullying among students. Abstrak:  Kasus Bullying masih sering terjadi di dunia pendidikan, baik itu dari tingkat sekolah dasar sampai ke perguruan tinggi. Dibandingkan dengan tingkat pendidikan yang lain, kasus bullying lebih banyak terjadi di kalangan siswa SMA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed method . Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan rancang bangun cross sectional study sedangkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan eksplorasi dan pendekatan fenomenologi . Penelitian dilakukan di 6 Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang terpilih pada bulan Juli-September 2020. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 310 responden. Sedangkan untuk penelitian kualitatif jumlah informan sebanyak 12 informan. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan 2 tahap, yaitu : analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial untuk membuktikan hubungan antar variabel, menggunakan uji Chi Square. Sedangkan analisis data kualitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku bullying (0.029 kurang dari 0,05), sikap dengan perilaku bullying (0,028 kurang dari 0,05) dan lingkungan sosial dengan perilaku bullying (0,001 kurang dari 0,05). Selain itu, Siswa juga menilai atau beranggapan bahwa bullying merupakan hal biasa di kalangan mereka, dan dianggap merupakan candaan serta dapat mengakrabkan satu dengan lain. Kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran akan bullying dan dampaknya menyebabkan perilaku bullying masih sering terjadi. Pembuatan aturan dan sangsi yang jelas di dalam sekolah perlu dilakukan untuk mencegah perilaku bullying di kalangan siswa.

Covid 19 merupakan keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan penyakit mulai ringan hingga berat, seperti common cold atau pilek dan penyakit serius, seperti MERS dan SARS. Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebar di seluruh dunia yang mana banyak negara terserang penyakit ini sampai menghadapi tingkat kematian dan kerugian ekonomi yang cukup tinggi. Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan peningkatan angka pengangguran. Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian masyarakat. Banyak masyarakat yang mengeluh dan terhenti aktivitasnya karena pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak pandemi Covid 19 pada perekonomian masyarakat desa. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan nursing proses atau proses keperawatan dilakukan pada 7 partisipan di Desa Triharjo, Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan alat perekaman yang digunakan saat wawancara, buku, dan alat tulis. Data hasil wawancara dianalisis sesuai tema yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 4 tema, yaitu dampak pandemi Covid-19 pada kehidupan sehari-hari, tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah, perasaan yang dialami selama pandemi Covid-19, serta bantuan pemerintah selama pandemi Covid-19.

Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 bagi Perekonomian Masyarakat Desa

Abstrak Gangguan jiwa merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat, baik didunia maupun di Indonesia. Jumlah gangguan jiwa di kabupaten Kendal meningkat sehingga meningkatnya stres pada keluarga. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menilai efektifitas relaksasi otot progresif dalam menurunkan stres keluarga yang merawat pasien gangguan jiwa. Desain penilitian quasi eksperiment pre-post test with control group dengan 96 sampel secara purposive sampling , 48 kelompok intervensi dan 48 kelompok kontrol . Hasil penelitian relaksasi otot progresif sangat efektif menurunkan stres keluarga yang merawat pasien gangguan jiwa dibanding kelompok yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan (p = 0,001).  Rekomendasi penelitian relaksasi otot progresif diberikan pada keluarga pasien gangguan jiwa untuk mengatasi stres keluarga dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa. Mental disorders are not contagious disease that is public health problem, both in the world and in Indonesia. In kendalthe number of mental disorders increase so increasing the level of family stress. The purpose of this study to identify the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on the level of family stress in caring for clients of  mental disorders in Psiciatry Polyclinic Regional General Hospital Kendal. Quasi experiments research design pre-post test with control group with 96 sampelsby purposive sampling,48groups received therapy and 48 groups did not receive therapy. The results showed that a progressive muscle relaxation exercise significant difference between the stress levels in the group who received and did not receive therapy (p= 0.001).  Tthis research did recommendated to families who are clients of mental disorders as aprimary care giver stress levels of families cope with caring  for clients in mental disorders with progressive muscle relaxation therapy. College students are vulnerable to experiencing psychosocial problems. Psychological stressors cause changes in a person's life so they are forced to adapt or cope with stressors that arise. . Changes in learning methods become one of the triggers for psychological changes, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety affects student learning outcomes, because it tends to produce confusion and distortion of perception. Prolonged anxiety that occurs continuously can cause stress that interferes with daily activities. If not resolved can lead to more serious psychological problems such as depression. Student anxiety, stress and depression are further enhanced by the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic with online learning methods. The study aims to determine the level of student anxiety in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive analytic approach. The research sample was 190 college students, the study was conducted in May 2020 on the students of Akper Dharma Wacana. . The sampling technique used is total sampling.The research instrument used the DASS-21 questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately with a frequency distribution. The results of the study found that the majority of psychological problems experienced by student in the online learning process are anxiety, A total of 79 students experienced mild anxiety, 23 students experienced mild stress and 7 experienced mild depression.

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan dan keluarga. Peran orang tua dalam merawat anak dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua baik secara fisik maupun verbal akan berdampak negatif pada anak-anak. Kekerasan pada anak memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, yaitu tindakan fisik, psikologis, kekerasan seksual dan penelantaran. Kekerasan fisik termasuk pemukulan, pelecehan, menampar, dan menendang, sedangkan kekerasan psikologis, misalnya, pelecehan / kekerasan verbal dengan kata-kata. Pelecehan verbal adalah semua bentuk ucapan yang memiliki sifat menghina, mematahkan, mengutuk, dan menakutkan dengan mengeluarkan kata-kata yang tidak pantas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi verbal abuse orang tua pada anak usia sekolah di SD Negeri 1 Ngilir, Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 61 anak usia sekolah yang menduduki kelas 4, 5, dan 6 di SD Negeri 1 Ngilir di Kota Kendal yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Uji statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengalami pelecehan verbal sebanyak 53 anak (86,9%). Peneliti lebih lanjut diharapkan untuk menambahkan variabel atau intervensi keperawatan yang mempengaruhi pemahaman orang tua tentang pengetahuan, dampak, dan pencegahan pelecehan verbal, sehingga orang tua dapat menjalin komunikasi yang lebih baik dengan anak-anak dan jumlah peristiwa pelecehan verbal dapat diminimalkan.Kata Kunci: kekerasan anak, usia sekolah, verbal abuseDescription of Verbal Abuse of Parents in School-Age ChildrenAbstractChild growth and development is influenced by the environment and family. The role of parents in caring for children can affect the growth and development of children. Violence committed by parents both physically and verbally will have a negative impact on children. Violence in children has different characteristics, namely acts of physical, psychological, sexual violence and neglect. Physical violence includes beatings, abuse, slapping, and kicking, while psychological violence, for example, verbal abuse/violence with words. Verbal abuse is all forms of speech that have insulting, snapping, cursing, and frightening qualities by issuing inappropriate words. This study aims to determine the verbal description of the abuse of parents in school-age children in SD Negeri 1 Ngilir, Kendal Regency. This study uses design descriptive research. The sample of this study was 61 school-age children who occupied grades 4, 5, and 6 in SD Negeri 1 Ngilir in Kendal City who were selected by purposive sampling. The statistical test in this study used univariate analysis with a frequency distribution. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced verbal abuse as many as 53 children (86.9%). Further researchers are expected to add variables or nursing interventions that affect parents' understanding of knowledge, impact, and prevention of verbal abuse, so that parents can establish better communication with children and the number of verbal abuse events can be minimized.Keyword: child abuse, school age, children, verbal abuse
