TL;DR: In this article, the underlying molecular mechanisms involved in grape bud dormancy are not yet clear; however, the results obtained were then compared using two different databases; Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), to annotate the transcript descriptions and assign a pathway to each transcript.
