TL;DR: Twenty-eight heavily pretreated patients with recurrent malignant gliomas were administered EGFR inhibitors (gefitinib or erlotinib) in combination with the mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) inhibitor sirolimus, and the regimens were reasonably well tolerated.

TL;DR: Assessment of the availability of outpatient mental health care through pediatrician and child psychiatrist offices in the United States found that Pediatricians were twice as likely to see new patients and to see them sooner than child psychiatrists and Providers were less likely to have available appointments for children on Medicaid.
