Journal ArticleDOI

Sensitive determination of captopril by time-resolved chemiluminescence using the stopped-flow analysis based on potassium permanganate oxidation.

TL;DR: The chemiluminescent behaviour of captopril when reacted with a common oxidant, potassium permanganate in different acidic media is described, using the stopped-flow technique in a continuous-flow system, and the method was satisfactorily applied to the determination ofcaptopril in pharmaceutical preparations.
Journal ArticleDOI

Simultaneous stopped-flow determination of morphine and naloxone by time-resolved chemiluminescence.

TL;DR: In this article, the first application of flow analysis coupled with chemiluminescence detection and based on stopped-flow chemistry to the simultaneous determination of two components, using a two equation system, is described.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multivariate calibration applied to the time-resolved chemilumnescence for the simultaneous determination of morphine and its antagonist naloxone

TL;DR: In this article, a method for the simultaneous determination of compounds with similar structure is described, using the whole chemiluminescence-time profiles acquired by the stopped-flow technique, in combination with mathematical treatments of multivariate calibration.
Journal ArticleDOI

Simultaneous determination of plant growth regulators 1-naphthylacetic acid and 2-naphthoxyacetic acid in fruit and vegetable samples by room temperature phosphorescence.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors developed an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 1-naphthylacetic acid and 2-Naphthoxyacetic acids in commercial technical formulations, tomato and various fruit types (apple, strawberry, orange and plum) by room temperature phosphorescence.
Journal ArticleDOI

First-derivative non-linear variable-angle synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy for the simultaneous determination of salicylamide, salsalate and naproxen in serum and urine

TL;DR: In this article, a non-linear variable-angle synchronous scanning was used for the simultaneous determination of salicylamide, salsalate and naproxen in human serum and urine samples.
