TL;DR: In this paper, a case study with 9 companies from different industrial sectors of southern Brazil was conducted and pointed out that both evaluation models provide data that outline the real situation of organizations from different and complementary perspectives, according to the evaluators' perception, the Readiness I4.0 model was the most attractive for presenting the maturity index and making necessary notes to aim for a better future state.
