Journal ArticleDOI

Efficient Hydrogenation of CO2 to Methanol over Supported Subnanometer Gold Catalysts at Low Temperature

TL;DR: In this article, the catalytic properties of the catalysts depended both on size of Au particles and the composition of the supports for direct hydrogenation of CO2 to methanol under milder conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

In situ synthesis of sub-nanometer metal particles on hierarchically porous metal–organic frameworks via interfacial control for highly efficient catalysis

TL;DR: Sub-nanometer metal particle/hierarchically mesoporous metal–organic framework composites can be synthesized in situ in bio-based surfactant emulsion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Driving dimethyl carbonate synthesis from CO2 and methanol and production of acetylene simultaneously using CaC2

TL;DR: In this work, CaC2 was used to consume the water produced in the reaction to shift the reaction equilibrium, and C2H2 was produced at the same time.
Journal ArticleDOI

N -methylation of quinolines with CO 2 and H 2 catalyzed by Ru-triphos complexes

TL;DR: In this article, the first work for the synthesis of N -methyl-tetrahydroquinolines (MTHQs) by methylation of quinolines using CO2 and H2 was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Efficient emulsifying properties of glycerol-based surfactant

TL;DR: Two glycerol based non-ionic surfactants (1,3-bis(octylamino)propan-2-ol (BAPO-C8) and 1,3bis(dodecylaminin) propan 2-ol) were synthesized, and their surface properties, critical micelle concentration (cmc), interfacial property, and emulsifying ability were studied as mentioned in this paper.
