Livedo reticularis and peripheral gangrene associated with primary hyperoxaluria.
TL;DR: A 38-year-old man who developed livedo reticularis and peripheral gangrene after bilateral nephrectomy is described, demonstrating that the vasculopathy of primary oxalosis can mimic systemic necrotizing vasculitis.
