Real Time Magnetic Imaging by Spin-Polarized Low Energy Electron Microscopy with Highly Spin-Polarized and High Brightness Electron Gun
Masahiko Suzuki,M. Hashimoto,Tsuneo Yasue,Takanori Koshikawa,Yasuhide Nakagawa,Taro Konomi,Atsushi Mano,Naoto Yamamoto,Makoto Kuwahara,Masahiro Yamamoto,Shoji Okumi,Tsutomu Nakanishi,Xiuguang Jin,Toru Ujihara,Yoshikazu Takeda,Teruo Kohashi,Takashi Ohshima,Takashi Saka,Toshihiro Kato,Hiromichi Horinaka +19 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a spin-polarized low energy electron microscopy (SPLEEM) with a highly polarized and high brightness spin electron gun was used to acquire magnetic structures of Co/W(110) with an acquisition time of 0.02 s.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mapping of chemical bonding states of Ag/Si(111) with synchrotron radiation photo emission electron microscopy
M. Hashimoto,Fangzhun Guo,Masahiko Suzuki,M. Ueda,Y. Matsuoka,Toyohiko Kinoshita,Keisuke Kobayashi,Shik Shin,Masaki Oura,T. Takeuchi,Y. Saito,Tomohiro Matsushita,Tsuneo Yasue,Takanori Koshikawa +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, the chemical state sensitive imaging of Ag/Si (111) using Ag 3D core photoelectrons was tried using a spectroscopic photo emission and low energy electron microscopy at SPring-8.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sb on In/Si(111) processes with dynamically observable LEEM, selected area LEED and chemically analyzed SR-XPEEM
A. Nakaguchi,Fangzhun Guo,M. Hashimoto,M. Ueda,T. Yasue,Tomohiro Matsushita,Y. Tamenori,Toyohiko Kinoshita,Keisuke Kobayashi,Takanori Koshikawa +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, Sb adsorption processes on In/Si(111) √ 3 × √3 and √ 31 × ∛31 surfaces were investigated, and the dynamic growth behavior was observed with low energy electron microscopy (LEEM) and the local surface structure change was monitored with selected area low-energy electron diffraction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reaction of Sb on In/Si(111) surfaces: Heteroepitaxial InSb(111) formation
M. Hashimoto,A. Nakaguchi,Fangzhun Guo,M. Ueda,T. Yasue,Tomohiro Matsushita,Toyohiko Kinoshita,Keisuke Kobayashi,Masaki Oura,Tomoyuki Takeuchi,Y. Saito,Shik Shin,Takanori Koshikawa +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the Sb deposition and reaction on In/Si(111) surface where two phases co-exist, and found that the existence of the 4 × 1 phase promotes the formation of larger InSb(1) 2 × 2 domains.
Journal ArticleDOI
Strain of GaAs/GaAsP Superlattices Used as Spin-Polarized Electron Photocathodes, Determined by X-Ray Diffraction
Takashi Saka,Yoichi Ishida,Masataka Kanda,Xiuguang Jin,Yuya Maeda,Shingo Fuchi,Toru Ujihara,Yoshikazu Takeda,Tetsuya Matsuyama,Hiromichi Horinaka,Toshihiro Kato,Naoto Yamamoto,Atsushi Mano,Yasuhide Nakagawa,Makoto Kuwahara,Shoji Okumi,Tsutomu Nakanishi,Masahiro Yamamoto,Takashi Ohshima,Teruo Kohashi,Masahiko Suzuki,M. Hashimoto,Tsuneo Yasue,Takanori Koshikawa +23 more
TL;DR: In this article, the X-ray diffraction was used to determine the GaAs/GaAsP superlattices used in spin-polarized photocathodes grown on GaAs and GaP (001) substrates.
