Thermoelectric phase diagram in a CaTiO3–SrTiO3–BaTiO3 system
TL;DR: In this article, a compositional thermoelectric phase diagram for high-quality epitaxial films composed of 20%-Nb-doped CaTiO3 and 20-nb-decomposition Nb-Doped CaSiO3 was proposed, which includes the density of states effective mass (md*) carrier relaxation time (τ), and thermodynamic power factor (S2σ), where S and σ are Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity).

Effect of crystal quality on performance of spin-polarized photocathode
TL;DR: In this article, a GaAs/GaAsP strain-compensated superlattices with thickness up to 90 pairs were fabricated and transmission electron microscopy revealed the SLs are of high crystal quality and the introduced strain in SLs layers are fixed in the whole SL layers.
