Journal ArticleDOI
Structural and optical properties of pure and copper doped zinc oxide nanoparticles
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of copper doping on crystal structure of ZnO nanoparticles was investigated and the optical band gap of pure and copper-doped ZnOs was calculated from diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) spectra and was found to decrease from 3.13
Journal ArticleDOI
Biological aspects of new organotin(IV) compounds of 3-maleimidopropionic acid
TL;DR: The triorganotin(IV) complexes were comparatively less toxic than the diorganotin(II) complexes and the organotin( IV) moieties establish chemical bonding with the ligand through carboxylic oxygen atom.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient synthesis of palladium nanoparticles using guar gum as stabilizer and their applications as catalyst in reduction reactions and degradation of azo dyes
TL;DR: In this article, a cost effective palladium nano catalyst was prepared using the green method of synthesis with guar gum as capping and reducing agent, the formation of palladium nanoparticles were confirmed by UV-spectrophotometer while for morphology and nature, SEM and XRD were performed that confirmed the crystalline nature of PdNPs and proved the roughly spherical shape of nanoparticles.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fe 2 O 3 -Co 3 O 4 nanocomposites based humidity and temperature sensors
Alaud Din,Kalsoom Akhtar,Kh. S. Karimov,Noshin Fatima,Abdullah M. Asiri,M.I. Khan,Sher Bahadar Khan +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the humidity and temperature sensing electric properties of pristine Fe 2 O 3 -Co 3 O 4 nanoparticles and its nanocomposites were measured after fabrication of the sensors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Biosynthesized silver supported catalysts for disinfection of Escherichia coli and organic pollutant from drinking water
Muhammad Bilal,Salma Khan,Javed Ali,Muhammad Ismail,M.I. Khan,Abdullah M. Asiri,Sher Bahadar Khan +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors synthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by chemical and biological methods and then impregnated with different support materials including Activated carbon, Zeolite and Magnesium oxide.
