TL;DR: In this paper , the authors found that vaccines are associated with a two-fold risk of developing headache within 7 days from injection, and the lack of difference between vaccine types enable to hypothesize that headache is secondary to systemic immunological reaction than to a vaccine-type specific reaction.

Procalcitonin as an indicator of systemic response to infection in active pulmonary Wegener's granulomacytosis.
TL;DR: It is concluded that serum procalcitonin levels may be a potentially useful marker in the diagnosis of bacterial infection supervening in active Wegener's granulomatosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
COVID-19-related headache and innate immune response - a narrative review.
TL;DR: Identifying key molecules responsible for headache during acute viral infection would be an important step towards managing one of the most prevalent secondary headache disorders.

Cerebral Blood Flow and Other Predictors of Responsiveness to Erenumab and Fremanezumab in Migraine—A Real-Life Study
Magdalena Nowaczewska,M Straburzynski,Marta Waliszewska-Prosół,Grzegorz Meder,Joanna Janiak-Kiszka,Wojciech Kaźmierczak +5 more
TL;DR: Baseline Vm in MCA is lower in mAbs GR as compared with non-responders which may reflect increased secretion of CGRP with further vasodilation in GR, and baseline CBF in anterior circulation might help to predict the patient's responsiveness.
