Methods for digital signal processing and digital filter synthesis

The article describes a human-machine tool shop management system for the motor industry, which is based on the developed models and algorithms of production division management tasks. The calculation of the economic efficiency of the developed management system is carried out. The developed online management system increases the economic efficiency of managing a modern vehicle production unit. This management system, as shown by its operation, has the ability to form management decisions, making extensive use of the ability of operational shop staff to navigate in informal situations due to their experience, intuition, and forecasting the development of the production situation. With this approach to the management process, it is possible to involve hidden reserves and other resources in the production sphere on the basis of the development of creative initiative of the heads of vehicle production units and site management personnel. In addition, having the ability to quickly respond to changes in the production environment, the dialog control system allows you to more effectively than with batch information processing systems to stabilize the course of the production process when it is affected by various random factors. 

Control System and Algorithm for Construction of Optimal Technological Routes for Machining Parts in the Machining Shop

The paper describes advantages of drip irrigation in horticulture. The importance of metrology and measurements in the drip irrigation system was explained. The effect of "gross errors" in the measurement results on the system was explained, and the method of further increasing the accuracy by processing the results obtained from measuring instruments and not taking into account "gross errors" was justified by concrete examples and diagrams. The disadvantage of using the conventional method has been pointed out. Using the proposed method, the maintenance of soil moisture in a stable state during the processing of the results obtained from the sensors was considered. This method allows saving a certain amount of water and more accurately measure soil moisture.

The importance of metrology and measurements in the application of drip irrigation in horticulture

The article considers the possibilities of modeling the characteristics of gas absorption and cooling processes in the production of nitric acid and controlling this process using the radial basis function and neural networks of direct connection. When training a neural network, the input and output results are obtained from the material balance tables and properties of the absorbing column model to train the network with values. The results obtained using neural network models are mainly compared with the results obtained from modeling books. The result obtained shows that relatively simple neural network models can be used to simulate the stationary state of an absorption column. Using modeling, we will see how the neural network type allows the use of modern management methods.
