Amidst the various wind turbines available for wind power extraction, the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) has many advantages owing to its attractive concept. The past research on this machine have analysed the various techniques used for extracting utmost power from the available wind energy. Abstract: Basalt fiber (pf) is derived from basalt rock, which can be separated to form fiber, which when mixed with polymer forms basalt fiber reinforced polymer (pfrp). In this paper chemical constituent, mechanical properties and durability of bf is reviewed. Also, properties of bfrp like temperature variation and adhesion is also discussed. It is observed that bfrp is better than carbon fiber reinforced polymer when it comes to cost effectiveness and in comparison, to glass fiber reinforced polymer it got better strength therefore becoming a good alternative to other fiber materials. Bfrp has high flexural strength and better adhesion as compared to cfrp and gfrp, when temperature increases mechanical and thermal properties of bfrp reduces remarkably.

Abstract: Diabetes in the population is one of the world's main diseases. Diabetes is a chronic condition if there is either insufficient insulin in the pancreas or insulin cannot be used properly in the body. Long-term risks such as cardiac disease and liver cancer could lead to diabetes if not treated. Therefore, a timely prevalence of diabetes is very important to people around the world. In particular, the challenges to newer people and the workforce were identified as diabetes. Diabetes is tracked if patient changes in diet and lifestyle in the early days could be identified. Type 1 and type 2 diabetes were one of the most common forms of diseases; however, other types of diabetes, such as gestational diabetes pregnancy and other forms of diabetes. This paper outlines a method for predicting early diabetes, taking important risk effects into consideration. This approach uses the strategy to display a feature selection procedure. In order to construct a good subset to improve predictive performance, the selected features are assessed through the rating of design models. Ultimately, these characteristics are learned from the neural network classifier and defined.

Abstract: Elimination of riboflavin (RF) from aqueous environments is important due to its potential adverse effects on living organisms and the enhancement of bacterial tolerance. The current research deals with the removal of riboflavin FR using concentration AC (5-50 mg L-1), solution pH (3.0-10), dose adsorbent (0.01-0.15 gm) and contact time (10-120.0 min). To evaluate the properties of the adsorbent, F.T-IR was used and a high efficiency in removal of (RF) from its aqueous solution and a very high adsorption capacity.

Abstract: Dependency on battery is ever increasing in all sectors. Mobile devices till huge vehicles are employing battery pack as its source of energy. However, best choice of battery and development of electronic circuits and algorithms for more effective battery utilization is still on and open for researchers around the world. The paper presents some of the batter monitoring system employed to monitor various parameters of the battery. For uninterrupted working of battery bank all required parameters need to be monitor. The paper proposes real-time monitoring of batteries based on Internet of Things. The system monitors and stores parameters that provide an indication of the battery’s voltage, current, and the temperature in a real-time scenario. The wireless monitoring system is used as the backbone network. The information collected from all the associated battery interfaced sensor in the system is analyzed by the controller unit.

Abstract: Natural fiber- reinforced composites are currently being researched for their selection and use in the industries spanning aerospace, automotive, ground transportation, and several other high- performance-critical end products. Two of the key reasons in favor for the selection and use of natural fibers are, their biodegradability coupled with an overall ease of availability that makes the production of engineered composites not only cost effective but also economically viable. However, the selection and use of natural fibers/matrix is curtailed primarily because of three competing drawbacks, namely (i) high moisture absorption, (ii) inferior mechanical properties, and (iii) poor interfacial bonding strength between fiber and matrix, when compared one-on-one with the synthetic fibers/matrix. Due to these reasons, natural fibers are often used in combination with synthetic fibers for engineering composites, so as to achieve a material that offers the possibility of improved performance at the desired level. In this research study, composite laminates with novolac resin and sisal/coir/E-glass fiber reinforcement (60:40) were fabricated using the hand lay-up method. The fabricated composite laminates were characterized for macromechanical properties, namely, tensile strength and water absorption test was conducted to explore the moisture absorption characteristics of composite laminates. Test results revealed the composite laminates with natural fibers/resins to possess many attributes in favor of their selection and use in structural components.

Abstract: The most basic requirement of all human life is energy. Nowadays the demand of energy consumption in India is becoming more. The need for power and energy develops in tandem with the population. In recent days/times the most used energy resource is renewable energy resources which can be utilised for various purposes. The most extensively used renewable energy source is solar energy. Solar energy is the most widely used renewable energy source since it is abundant, unlimited, pollution-free, and environmentally benign. This document displays a solar-powered irrigation pumping system. The solar irrigation pump system is one in which the functioning of a three-phase induction motor coupled pump system is powered by solar energy. The key variables influencing the amount of energy collected from a PV module is solar irradiation and ambient temperature. As a result, output energy will be generated in the PV array. One of the MPPT techniques used to track maximum power and enhance PV system efficiency is the incremental conductance method. MPPT generates the needed pulse based on the PV module’s output voltage. The DC-DC Converter, which is a boost converter, receives this pulse. The boost converter is used to regulate the voltage of the PV system. The boost converter utilised to provide the boosted DC output is the Dickson voltage multiplier. Three-phase VSI is used to convert DC electricity into high-frequency AC power.

Abstract: The essentiality of electricity in today’s world is increasing for the mankind. The need of electricity is only increasing day to day while the fossil fuels for generating the electricity is decreasing. The generation of energy can only be met by depending on solar energy. In current scenario of energy generation among the usage of renewable energy resources, solar energy stands at the top. While the solar energy is abundant, harnessing the electric energy is challenging. The size and number of PV cells is ever increasing to harness more energy while there are certain factors that can be considered to increase the efficiency of the PV system. The paper describes one such technique in which the PV panels are rotated according to the motion of the sun to receive maximum intensity of light which in turn increases the generation of the energy. Also, the dust on the panel, which has the impact on efficiency of the panel, is monitored and cleaned.

Abstract: A renewable energy resource associated with transmission line integrating Unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) accomplishes lossless power transmission. In this compensation, the series and shunt compensator are connected side by side. The solar integrated unified power quality conditioner (PV-UPQC) has gained the benefits of active power filtering and distributed generation. Avoidance of MPPT required for solar power generation to perform maximum power point tracking is replaced by shunt compensation; compensate reactive power and harmonics present at load current. The series compensation evolves voltage swell and sag problems in grid. The system is evaluated using MATLAB to synthesize combined operation, reactive power injection, voltage control, etc. A pulse amplitude controlled voltage source inverter present before transformer can perform active power filtering. A dc link capacitor supplies enough energy needed to the shunt active filter system to impart harmonics at output side. To resolves voltage control in bus by improving power factor. The source current controllability have been executed by DSTATCOM and dynamic voltage restorer (DVR).

Abstract: In neoteric the term harmonics distortion for power quality improvement and also for future purpose plays a vital role with consequential basic. Use of Non-Linear loads are dominating in every sector and Harmonic currents generated by non-linear loads generates extra losses in transformer. Standard transformers are designed to tackle the losses generated by linear loads. These unwanted extra losses cause the overheating and premature failure in transformers. This is a very sensitive problem of transformers. General solution to this problem is to de-rate the transformer. K-factor is an index used to de-rate the transformer to tackle the non-linearity effect. But de-rating is not an energy efficient and scientific solution. Prefect solution is to use active / passive filters and power quality conditioners. But these are not used by general customer due to these costs and other reasons. Technical solution to this problem is to change or modify the design to accommodate the extra losses due to non-linear loads. These specially designed transformers are K-Rated Transformers. Basic design parameters of K-rated transformer are to minimize the harmonic current losses and have an additional thermal capacity to handle extra losses. Main objective of this paper is to study the effect of K-factor concept due to non-linear loads, generation of harmonics currents and use of K-Rated Transformer instead of De-rating the transformer. Abstract: The fuel existing vehicles produce air, noise pollution and it produces many other effects. Due to these impacts, conventional fuel for vehicles is changing to battery. Hence there is increase in number of EV’s recently. Charging station is one of basic need for them. In EV’s there is a major disadvantage that it could not travel more than few hundred kilometres. So, in this paper we are aiming for modelling and simulation of wireless electric vehicle charging using solar and wind energy. The battery bank in charging station will be charged from solar and wind based on availability. The wireless charging of Electric vehicle is based on inductive power transfer between two mutually coupled coils, one is “primary” connected to rechargeable battery bank, charged by solar and wind energy. An inverter is connected on this primary coil side. And other “secondary coil” is connected to battery of electric vehicle through rectifier and voltage regulator. The advantages provided by the wireless charging are in terms of safety, comfort, as the driver can avoid the danger of using power cord and he needs to park vehicle without the need of plug-in operation to start charge battery of vehicle. PV and wind energy resources are renewable and available resource for future energy generation. The use of solar and wind energy is pollution free and eco-friendly in nature. By taking the dynamic charging needs of EV’s, the design of charging circuit is formulated and validated in MATLAB Simulink.

Abstract: Now a days, Composite manufacturing Engineers having a greatest challenge of producing light weight and higher strength composites with more developed technology for manufacturing of structural components of aircraft such as fuselage, wing, aerodynamic bodies of automobiles, stator and rotor blades of gas turbines. The polymer composite material made from glass and Glass/carbon hybrid composites and epoxy resin. Then, at that point the filler material graphene was utilized to build the strength of the glass fiber composites. The Laminate of composite was being made by hand layup process and Vacuum bag Moulding. The laminated composite was being sliced to the necessary measurements according to ASTM norms. Then, at that point different mechanical properties were analysed according to the ASTM norms. Then the influence of nano materials is studied on the glass fibre mechanical properties glass fibre mechanical properties alone, Glass fiber composites with Graphene and Glass/Graphene-enhanced carbon fibre composites. Then the modelling analyses of the components are carried out by Fusion 3600software and the tensile analysis was done utilizing ANSYS 14.5. The carbon and glass fiber with Graphene had shown a higher mechanical strength of the materials. And the modification of G/C FRP composites with Graphene improved the durability more effectively.

Abstract: Magnesium alloy has proved its role in various applications because of its lightest structure and strength. To demonstrate its specific characteristics, number of research work was carried out. Machining of Magnesium alloy in minimum lubrication condition, dry machining, milling, drilling, optimization of Mg alloy machining parameters, study about chip formation, surface roughness, joining of Mg alloys, corrosion resistance, cutting force measurement etc. are the major research area in which research are carried out in recent days. Mg Alloys application was extended in structural applications in aircraft, gear box, laptops, mobile applications, chain saws etc. It has replaced some Engineering plastics because of its higher stiffness. So optimization is much needed to obtain perfect results. This paper will indicate the possible research methodology and its results of Mg alloys under various circumstances.

Abstract: The main damages arising during the operation of brick structures of buildings are considered. The aim of the work is to analyze the results of a technical examination of the building constructions of a residential building, with the subsequent development of proposals for their restoration and strengthening. The object of the research is the existing brick structures of the house. The process of organizing a technical survey of brick residential buildings, which allows determining the procedure for collecting and storing data, is considered. Modern solutions for the restoration of building constructions are proposed. The physical deterioration of the apartment building was determined and recommendations were given for the elimination of brickwork defects.

Abstract: Theresults of research of influence of new modified ingredients on the complex of properties of composite elastomeric materials are presented. The methods of mineral fillers modification have been developed. It is established that introduction of modified ingredients into elastomeric compositions intensifies interphase interaction on the “rubber-filler” boundary and formation of additional bonds between rubber macromolecules and functional groups, which results in improvement of the compositions properties complex.

Abstract: Concentric tube heat exchangers are used for multitude of applications ranging from heat transfer for low end applications to coolants in space vehicles. Typical heat exchange equations are sufficient to solve problems related to finite temperature difference. However, scientific solutions require complex calculations that considers losses and minute hast dissipations to give accurate results. Mathematical and analytical methods of counter flow heat exchanger is carried out in this study. Enumeration of heat exchange during counter flow is facilitated by incorporating Runge-Kutta Method. Comparison between the two analysis methods is carried out for two conditions making use of NTU approach. During one of the conditions the input values were maintained as same, during the second conditions, the input values were varied. The Runge-Kutta Method gave accurate results for both the conditions.

Abstract: The focus of this presentation is on the application of the Simple Equations Method (SEsM) for obtaining exact solutions of nonlinear differential equations. We discuss several examples based on the last developments of the methodology. The goal is to illustrate the results from the application of derivatives of composite functions in the algorithm of SEsM. The examples are connected with the derivatives of functions which are composite functions of solutions of two simple functions. These solutions are Jacobi elliptic functions and their specific cases: the trigonometric functions and the hyperbolic functions.

Abstract: The Key market player sectors are Agriculture, Healthcare, Space and under water Sciences, Multi-Model logistics etc. The robust Internet-of-Things systems are used to exchange the sensor data and actuator control information across network infrastructures. Over several years satellite technologies are used to serve to ever- increasing demands of wireless communication in terms of volume of traffic and quality of communication services. Satellite has many subsystems; few of them are Attitude and orbit control subsystem, Thermal control. Tracking, telemetry, command and monitoring subsystem, Power subsystem, Communication subsystems, Antennas and Bus subsystem, Ground Station subsystems, Space Qualification subsystem etc. Long Range communication has also started to contribute to applications in the space sector. This paper proposes a concept that allows continuous monitoring of remote application in nano-satellite constellations by implementing an analogue of an existing open platform network called LoRa Wide Area Network in the constellations making their own LPWAN (Low Power Wide Area Network). Such a network among satellites allows the tracking and monitoring of IoT data over the satellite network. The role of Machine- to-Machine and Internet of market applications in satellite technology, which is now having annual revenue of $1.5 billion, is expected to reach $5.8 million in-service satellite by 2023. The Main performance parameters of IoT-Satellite consortium for value propositions are going to be Lowest Cost, Lowest Energy, Global and Secure availability, Dedicated Networks, Speed, Reliability and System Continuing Integration etc. The satellite based applications leading the market in space sector and provides the opportunities for increase in revenue in space sector.

Abstract: The fuselage structure is one of the important subassemblies of an airplane. It is used to house the passengers, baggage and cargo and subjected to many loads in the flight and during the ground roll. The significance of this research paper is to compare the stresses induced in the fuselage under various flight and loading conditions. The structural analysis is carried out for two different materials that is Aluminium, Al-7075 and Titanium alloys. The deformation of the fuselage structure at the various loading conditions and for different materials is analysed using ANSYS-Static Structural, and the Modelling of the fuselage structure is performed by using CREO 4.0. The stresses induced in the aluminium fuselage are more than that developed in the titanium alloy fuselage. The deformation at different places of the aluminium fuselage structure is also more than the titanium alloy fuselage.

Abstract: “Online learning is not the next big thing; it is the new big thing.” “eLearning is changing. And we will see new models, new technologies, and designs emerge. So, let us drop the “e” – or at least give it a new and wider definition.” These quotes influenced us to build this paper. During this unprecedented time, we all are using online resources. Our paper will enhance the teaching experience of the students. Especially school-going kids, it is the duty of teacher, influencer, and faculty to enhance the teaching experience so that, one can learn at their ease without any hustle. Our paper aims at building a website and android application (in the coming days) which will identify the individual words of any sentences entered. It will parse the string entered, remove the unwanted characters, and pass the remaining string to our AI model. As a result, the AI model will return the parts of speech the individual word belongs to. We have always seen students struggling to find that a given word is either a noun, or an adverb, or a preposition, and so on. We have searched the web but could not find any relevant websites doing the same task. There is a gigantic search engine on which we can search individual words but again, for sentences, people struggle. This may sound very simple for AI/ML enthusiasts but building a model and deploying that on a website and android application is not a cup of tea. Tech giants like Google, Facebook, and Microsoft are building different AI models and deploying them successfully on various platforms like Website, Android Application, iOS. However, we have done it successfully.
