Studies on fatty acid α-oxidation in cucumber

TL;DR: In this article, the α-oxidation of fatty acids in cucumber was studied and the results from this study suggest a similarity between the αoxidation system in cucumbers and that of pea leaf and cotyledons of germinating peanuts.
