Targeting miRNAs with anesthetics in cancer: Current understanding and future perspectives
TL;DR: In this article, the authors summarized the current research about the effects of different anesthetics in regulating cancer, with a particular emphasis on the role of miRNAs, which are single-stranded non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at various levels, and their dysregulation contributes to the pathogenesis of cancers.
Journal ArticleDOI
The Relationship Between Vitamin D and Telomere/Telomerase: A Comprehensive Review.
TL;DR: Findings of this study suggest that higher vitamin D concentrations, which are easily modifiable through nutritional supplementation, are associated with longer LTL, which underscores the potentially beneficial effects of this hormone on aging and age-related diseases.
