Stochastic optimization problems arise in decision-making problems under uncertainty, and find various applications in economics and finance. On the other hand, problems in finance have recently led to new developments in the theory of stochastic control. This volume provides a systematic treatment of stochastic optimization problems applied to finance by presenting the different existing methods: dynamic programming, viscosity solutions, backward stochastic differential equations, and martingale duality methods. Blockchain, as a rapidly expanding area of practice and study, has drawn players from a wide range of backgrounds. The goal of this study is to demonstrate how various stakeholders and their various perspectives on blockchain-based e-Government systems may be studied in a given situation. Using Indonesia as an example of a prospective blockchain-based e-Government system user, stakeholder analysis is used to determine and classify stakeholder categories based on their relative power and interest. A literature analysis identifies four distinct viewpoints on blockchain-based e-Government systems: bureaucratic, political, technological, and economic. This demonstrates the dominance of bureaucratic and political perspectives over the other two, as well as the presence of a politico-economic viewpoint not discovered in the previous existing literature. Overall, this study suggests that stakeholder analysis and perspective analysis are feasible approaches for Blockchain-based e-Government development that add value by revealing crucial actors’ names, positions of authority, motivations, and worldviews. They provide the foundational knowledge needed for both academics and practitioners to understand the many interpretations of Blockchain-based e-Government in each case.

Blockchain-based e-Government: Exploring Stakeholders Perspectives and Expectations

Understanding the relation between spatial heterogeneity and structural rejuvenation is one of the hottest topics in the field of metallic glasses (MGs). In this work, molecular dynamics (MD) simulation is implemented to discover the effects of initial spatial heterogeneity on the level of rejuvenation in the Ni80P20MGs. For this purpose, the samples are prepared with cooling rates of 1010 K/s–1012 K/s to make glassy alloys with different atomic configurations. Firstly, it is found that the increase in the cooling rate leads the Gaussian-type shear modulus distribution to widen, indicating the aggregations in both elastically soft and hard regions. After the primary evaluations, the elastostatic loading is also used to transform structural rejuvenation into the atomic configurations. The results indicate that the sample with intermediate structural heterogeneity prepared with 1011 K/s exhibits the maximum structural rejuvenation which is due to the fact that the atomic configuration in an intermediate structure contains more potential sites for generating the maximum atomic rearrangement and loosely packed regions under an external excitation. The features of atomic rearrangement and structural changes under the rejuvenation process are discussed in detail.

Effect of spatial heterogeneity on level of rejuvenation in Ni80P20 metallic glass

Each object will build its own vector space through naming and weighting its characteristics. Based on the vector space, it is possible to measure the similarity between objects where certain parts of an object no longer need to decipher its behavior by simply referring to the measured part of another object. In this case, the similarity measurement tool can streamline the process or reduce the complexity of processing data by referring to other object characteristics. However, there are many similarities in the used measurement. Each measurement has a meaning, and this requires proof of each measurement in common so that the meaning indicates the measurement function either in theory or computationally in simulation.

Salah satu produk dari teknologi informasi adalah sistem informasi berbasis website. Pemanfaatan website menjadi salah satu cara untuk mempromosikan produk dan potensi dari suatu daerah atau desa. Dengan website yang dapat diakses secara daring, informasi yang disebarkan dapat menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat di berbagai belahan dunia terkait dengan produk dan potensi yang ada pada desa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, desa Liang Muda yang terletak di kecamatan STM Hulu kabupaten Deli Serdang provinsi Sumatera Utara, perlu memanfaatkan penggunaan website sebagai media informasi dan promosi untuk masyarakat di desa Liang Muda dan juga untuk masyarakat di luar dari desa Liang Muda baik di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia di desa Liang Muda dalam pemanfaatan website dan juga memajukan dan meningkatkan perekonomian desa secara berkala.
