Anchored ironporphyrins—the role of talc-aminofunctionalyzed phyllosilicates in the catalysis of oxidation of alkanes and alkenes
André Luiz de Faria,Claudio Airoldi,Fabio Gorzoni Doro,Maria Gardênia Fonseca,Marilda das Dores Assis +4 more
TL;DR: FeFeTFPPCl [5,10,15,20-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin iron(III) chloride] has been covalently supported on two series of previously aminated phyllosilicates, Tal x (natural) and Sil x (synthesized through sol/gel process), where x (=1−3) represents the length of the organic chain binding the ironporphrin to the support as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Zn-doped mesoporous hydroxyapatites and their antimicrobial properties
Cleibson Oliveira de Lima,André L. Menezes de Oliveira,Laís Chantelle,Edson Cavalcanti da Silva Filho,Maguy Jaber,Maria Gardênia Fonseca +5 more
TL;DR: The use of a biotemplate and Zn2+ ions is an efficient approach for the formation of novel HAp-based biomaterials with promising antibacterial properties and will pave a new pathway for the functionalization of other materials for different biomedical applications.
Book ChapterDOI
Photocatalytic and Photoluminescent Properties of TiO 2 Nanocrystals Obtained by the Microwave Solvothermal Method
K. F. Moura,Laís Chantelle,Marcia R. S. Silva,Elson Longo,Máximo Siu Li,Maria Gardênia Fonseca,A. S. Maia,Ieda M. G. Santos +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of the short-range disorder on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanocrystals obtained by a rapid microwave solvothermal method was evaluated.
Zinc phyllosilicates containingamino pendant g roups
TL;DR: In this paper, two zinc silicate hybrids were synthesized via sol-gel process from the reaction of zinc ions with trialkoxyaminesilanes in aqueous basic medium at room temperature and at 373 K. The inorganic-organic hybrids obtained, named SILZn (x ¼ 1 or 2) are related to 3-aminopropyl- and N-propylethylenediaminetrimethoxysilane, respectively.
