TL;DR: The Italian version of MSQOL-54 is easy to administer and is well accepted by patients, and multiple linear regression modelling showed that age and BDI independently predicted physical health composite and mental health composite, while age and depressive symptoms has a major influence.

TL;DR: PUFAs seem to have no major effect on the main clinical outcome in MS (disease progression), but they may tend to reduce the frequency of relapses over two years, however, the data that are available are insufficient to assess a real benefit or harm from PUFA supplementation.

TL;DR: The role of parental occupational exposure in childhood brain tumors was investigated in a population-based case-control study grouping 251 cases and 601 controls from three European centers, finding that fathers worked in agriculture and mothers in health services increased the risk of childhood braintumors.
