TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyse the main contributions to the debate on the moral responsibilities of online service providers (OSPs) and highlight two main results: (a) there is a lack of an ethical framework that can define OSPs' responsibilities, and (b) providing the fundamental sharable principles necessary to guide OSP's conduct within the multicultural and international context in which they operate.
