Um die Herstellung einer besonders leichten, aber dennoch stabilen Turbinenschaufel zu ermoglichen, ist vorgesehen, dass die Turbinenschaufel durch ein additives Herstellungsverfahren hergestellt wird. Eine solche Vorgehensweise ermoglicht sehr viele Freiheitsgrade bei der Gestaltung der Turbinenschaufel. Beispielsweise konnen Hohlraume und/oder Gitterstrukturen in ein und demselben Verfahren hergestellt werden. Auch erlaubt das additive Herstellungsverfahren beispielsweise die Realisierung von Entwasserungsschlitzen, Beheizungsoffnungen und/oder sonstigen Lochern bzw. Ausnehmungen in der Turbinenschaufel bereits wahrend der Schaufelherstellung. Locher konnen daruber hinaus ganz oder teilweise mit einer Gitterstruktur versehen werden.

Turbinenschaufel und verfahren zu deren herstellung

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Laserschmelzen, bei dem ein Bauteil in Lagen (15) hergestellt wird. Hierzu dient ein Pulverbett (11), in dem ein Schmelzbad (14) durch einen Arbeitslaserstrahl (12) erzeugt wird. Erfindungsgemas ist vorgesehen, dass weitere Hilfslaserstrahlen (16a, 16b, 16c) zum Einsatz kommen, welche hinsichtlich ihrer Leistungsdichte so eingestellt sind, dass diese lediglich die Abkuhlung des Materials in einer Zone (18) verlangsamen, jedoch nicht erneut aufschmelzen. Auf diese Weise kann die Abkuhlgeschwindigkeit des Gefuges so eingestellt werden, dass dieses eine vorteilhafte Gefugeausbildung entwickelt. Beispielsweise lassen sich hierdurch die mechanischen Eigenschaften des erzeugten Bauteils ohne nachgelagerte Warmebehandlungen vorteilhaft verbessern.
