The aim of this study was to enhance empowering the quality school resources in improving the quality of education in SMA Pasundan 3 Cimahi West Java. The researchers used qualitative research. Observation, interviews and documentation was used in this collecting the data. The result show that empowering school resources is increasing human resources, especially teachers and students, school facility and infrastructure in improving school quality, and alternative ways to improve the quality of education by improving quality teacher education, increasing teaching hours for teachers who lack teaching hours, adding school infrastructure needed by using BOS funds  and increasing education development in suburban areas. Empowering the Quality of School Resources in Improving the Quality of Education

The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership management in improving the quality of PTKIS graduates in Jambi Province. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive analytical. Data collection was carried out by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. Trustworthiness with participation extension techniques, observation accuracy, data triangulation and promoter consultation. The conclusion of this research is that the leadership management has not been able to improve the quality of PTKIS graduates in Jambi Province is still not in accordance with the expected standards and still needs to be improved.

Management Leadership in Improving the Quality of Graduates of Private Islamic Religious Colleges in Jambi Province

This study analyzed 1) the influence of the principal's situational leadership style on the performance of the teachers of the State Junior High School in East Prabumulih District; 2) the effect of teacher professionalism on the performance of SMP Negeri teachers in East Prabumulih District; 3) the influence of the principal's situational leadership style and teacher professionalism together on the performance of the teachers of State Junior High Schools in East Prabumulih District. The method in this research is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Based on the research results obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS For Windows Version 21 software application program, it can be concluded that: 1) there is a significant influence of the principal's situational leadership style on the performance of SMP Negeri teachers in East Prabumulih District; 2) there is a significant effect of teacher professionalism on the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri in East Prabumulih District; and 3) there is a significant influence of the principal's situational leadership style and teacher professionalism together on the performance of the teachers of the State Junior High Schools in East Prabumulih District.

The Influence of Principal’s Situational Leadership Style and Teacher’s Professionalism on Teacher’s Performance

This study aims to test whether there is an influence between the variables of academic culture, management knowledge and interpersonal communication on the decision making of the Head of Private STAI in Jambi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The writer finds something new or novelty from this research, namely: academic culture, management knowledge and interpersonal communication have a considerable influence on decision making. Where previous research has not been found that directly discusses these four variables. So that the red thread can be drawn, if the academic culture is good, management knowledge is good, and interpersonal communication is well developed, then the right decision making will be realized and will have an impact on the quality of PTKIS in Kopertais Region XIII Jambi.

The Influence of Academic Culture, Management Knowledge and Interpersonal Communication on Decision Making by the Head of Private Islamic Colleges in Jambi Province

This study determined the effect of organizational culture and principal leadership on teacher performance. This study uses quantitative methods with correlational research. The population of this study was 43 people, namely teachers of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 6, Gelumbang District. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Gugus 6, Gelumbang District; (2) principal leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Cluster 6, Gelumbang district, and (3) organizational culture and principal leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 6, Gelumbang District.

This research aims to analyze and understand the democratic leadership style of the head of Ngrukumen public elementary school and Muhammadiyah Girikerto Yogyakarta Private during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study use observation, interviews, and documentation. This study's data analysis techniques use data analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The analysis and research data results showed that the democratic leadership style of the head of Ngrukumen State Elementary School during the Covid-19 pandemic used a systematic democratic leadership style. The democratic leadership style of the head of Muhammadiyah private elementary school Girikerto Yogyakarta during the pandemic uses a combined democratic combination leadership style between democratic, transactional, and charismatic.
