Journal ArticleDOI

Role of hydrogen peroxide in bactericidal action of catechin.

TL;DR: Hydrogen peroxide, which is generated by EGCg, appears to be involved in the bactericidal action of EGCs, and this reactive oxygen species was identified.
Journal ArticleDOI

Chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay of cortisol using peroxidase as label.

TL;DR: A new and highly sensitive enzyme immunoassay of cortisol was established using horseradish peroxidase as the label and showed excellent agreement of results in all cases.
Journal ArticleDOI

Chemiluminescence high-performance liquid chromatography using N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol as a precolumn labelling reagent

TL;DR: In this paper, N-(4-Aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol (ABEI) was used as a pre-labelling reagent for primary and secondary amines and carboxylic acids.
Journal ArticleDOI

Precision, limit of detection and range of quantitation in competitive ELISA.

TL;DR: A mathematical model for describing the within-plate variation as the RSD of absorbance measurements in a wide concentration range in competitive ELISA is developed and a method for determining the limit of detection (LOD) and range of quantitation (ROQ) is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of a highly sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for bisphenol A in serum.

TL;DR: An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed and the specificity of the antibodies was confirmed by comparison with pre-immune serum and by competitive assays using different dilutions of BPA standards, indicating that the proposed method is a potential tool for screening a large number of human serum samples.
