An internal planetary gear mechanism reduces a load applied to tooth surfaces of an external gear and an internal gear, a sliding portion such as a bearing and the like. By setting the amount of eccentricity α of an eccentric part to be larger than a theoretical value, a distance between the center of the external gear and the center of the internal gear is increased to allow the reduction of a loss in the bearing and on the tooth surfaces of the gears, and a mesh zone between the internal gear and the external gear can be reduced to decrease a part at a large pressure angle, thereby reducing a loss generated by a large pressure angle. As a result of reduction in the mesh zone between the external gear and the internal gear, rolling contact of the gears is maintained.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mechanical efficiency of an inner gearing planetary gear mechanism and to improve the durability of an external gear 3 and an internal gear 4 by reducing the load and loss added to tooth faces of the external gear 3 and the internal gear 4 and a sliding part such as a bearing 14. SOLUTION: A distance between a center of the external gear 3 and a center of the internal gear 4 is elongated by determining the eccentricity α of an eccentric part 1 to be more than a theoretical value, whereby the loss of the tooth faces of the bearing 14 and the gears can be reduced. An engagement range of the internal gear 4 and the external gear 3 can be narrowed, a part of large pressure angle can be reduced, and the loss caused by the large pressure angle can be reduced. Further the engagement range of the external gear 3 and the internal gear 4 is narrowed, whereby the contact condition of the gear is transferred from sliding contact to rolling contact, which reduces the loss by sliding contact. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and high-performance solenoid valve through the adoption of an electromagnetic driving device 5 having a simple structure without increasing cost. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 1 is provided with a plunger 6, an accommodation part 14 for accommodating the plunger 6 so as to be freely reciprocable, an attraction part 22 in which magnetic force for attracting the plunger 6 to one side in the reciprocating direction works between the attraction part 22 and plunger 6, a core stator 15 for forming a magnetic circuit with the plunger 6 and a solenoid 2 for producing magnetic force for attracting the plunger 6 to the attraction part 22 through energization. The plunger 6 is arranged so as to be coaxially opposite to the attraction part 22. An electromagnetic driving device 5 which keeps two slide rings 11 shaped in a partial annulus by a non-magnetic material are mounted on an outer peripheral surface is adopted. The solenoid valve 1 is equipped with a spool 3 which is interlocked with the plunger 6 to reciprocate in a sleeve 8 having a plurality of ports 7 passing through a cylindrical peripheral wall and which controls a flow rate or pressure of hydraulic fluid by opening/closing the port 7 and with a spring 9 for biasing the spool 3 to the other side in the reciprocating direction.
