FRI0182 Erosions at the sacroiliac joints and fatty lesions at the spine are the most discriminant lesions for recent onset axspa recognition

TL;DR: Investigation of MRI structural lesions suggestive of axSpA in patients with recent onset CBP and cervico-thoracic and thoraco-lumbar spine found presence of at least 3 erosions at the MRI-SIJ and at least 5 fatty lesions at theMRI-spine seemed to performed well for ax SpA recognition.
Journal ArticleDOI

FRI0154 Incidence of Cancers in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and a History of Cancer Treated with Rituximab or Abatacept

TL;DR: The risk of recurrence of cancer in patients with a history of cancer treated with rituximab or abatacept is in the range of what is expected in these patients at higher risk of cancer, comparable to that observed in the German RABBIT registry.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Op0037 association between bone marrow edema and structural progression in the same quadrant in axial spondyloarthritis – 5-year data from the desir cohort

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that in early axSpA-patients inflammation in one SIJ quadrant leads to structural damage in the same quadrant, which reinforces the pathophysiological implications of inflammation in ax SpA.
