TL;DR: A nonlinear relationship was found between maternal Hb and adverse maternal and infant outcomes and the OR of outcomes such as PTB, small‐for‐gestational age, PNM, preeclampsia, gestational hypertension, and postpartum hemorrhage was increased by two to three times.
