Journal ArticleDOI

Reduction property and catalytic activity of Ce1-XNiXO2 mixed oxide catalysts for CH4 oxidation

TL;DR: In this paper, three kinds of Ni phases co-exist in the Ce 1−X Ni X O 2 catalysts prepared by sol-gel method: aggregated NiO on the support CeO 2, highly dispersed NiO with strong interaction with Ce O 2, and Ni atoms incorporated into Ce 2 lattice.
Journal ArticleDOI

Catalytic oxidation of chlorobenzene on supported manganese oxide catalysts

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the catalytic performance of chlorinated aromatics on supported manganese oxide catalysts and found that the catalysts with the supports of TiO2, Al2O3 and SiO2 gave the highest catalytic activity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structure and Redox Properties of CexTi1-xO2 Solid Solution

TL;DR: A series of CexTi1-xO2 mixed oxide materials was synthesized by a sol−gel method with x varying from 0.1 to 0.9 and characterized by XRD, Raman, and TPR techniques.
Journal ArticleDOI

Epoxidation of propylene on NaCl-modified silver catalysts with air as the oxidant

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of nacl loadings, propylene to oxygen ratio, and reaction time on the catalytic performance were investigated, and it was found that adding nacl to silver significantly increases the propylene oxide (po) selectivity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Oxidative Destruction of Chlorobenzene and o-Dichlorobenzene on a Highly Active Catalyst: MnOx/TiO2–Al2O3

TL;DR: In this paper, a highly active catalyst, MnOx/TiO2-modified Al2O3, was prepared by impregnating MnOx species on TiO2 modified Al 2O3 support.
