Novel Pyrazole-4-acetohydrazide Derivatives Potentially Targeting Fungal Succinate Dehydrogenase: Design, Synthesis, Three-Dimensional Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship, and Molecular Docking.
Xiaobin Wang,Xiaobin Wang,Mengqi Wang,Ling Han,Fei Jin,Jian Jiao,Min Chen,Chunlong Yang,Wei Xue +8 more
TL;DR: A series of pyrazole-4-acetohydrazide derivatives potentially targeting fungal SDH were constructed and evaluated for their antifungal effects against Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium graminearum, and Botrytis cinerea as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Novel 1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thione derivatives containing a hydrazide moiety: Design, synthesis and bioactive evaluation against phytopathogenic fungi in vitro and in vivo
TL;DR: In vitro antifungal bioassays indicated that most of title compounds displayed good selectivity and specificity aganist Rs relative to Fg, Bc and Cc, and provide a significant reference for the further structural optimization of 1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thione derivatives bearing a hydrazide moiety as potential fungicides.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design and synthesis of novel 2-(6-thioxo-1,3,5-thiadiazinan-3-yl)-N'-phenylacethydrazide derivatives as potential fungicides.
TL;DR: A series of novel 2-(6-thioxo-1,3,5-thiadiazinan-3-yl)-N′-phenylacethydrazide derivatives were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their antifungal activities against Fusarium graminearum, Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea and Colletotrichum capsici.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design, synthesis, antifungal activity and 3D-QSAR study of novel pyrazole carboxamide and niacinamide derivatives containing benzimidazole moiety
TL;DR: The synthesized pyrazole carboxamide and niacinamide derivatives containing a benzimidazole moiety showed effective inhibition of the fungus B. cinereal growth and the 3D-QSAR model revealed fine predictive ability.
