Journal ArticleDOI

Screening for and isolation and identification of malathion-degrading bacteria: cloning and sequencing a gene that potentially encodes the malathion-degrading enzyme, carboxylestrase in soil bacteria.

TL;DR: The isolation of a new malathion-degrading bacteria from soils in Egypt that may be very well adapted to the climatic and environmental conditions of the country is reported, and a new carboxylesterase gene is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

P556 The effect of multiple doses of upadacitinib 45 mg on the pharmacokinetics of cytochrome P450 substrates in healthy adult subjects

TL;DR: Administration of daily upadacitinib 45 mg doses resulted in a limited effect on midazolam (CYP3A) and dextromethorphan (Cyp2D6) exposures and had no relevant effects on the sensitive probe substrates for CYP1A2, CYP2C9 and CYP 2D6 substrates, consistent with a previous drug interaction evaluation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Identification of epilepsy concomitant candidate genes recognized in Saudi epileptic patients.

TL;DR: A comprehensive state-of-art literature review regarding epilepsy genetics is executed to offer a perception into the genes associated with epilepsy recognized in Saudi epileptic patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

Potential genetic biomarker of Saudi Arabian patients with colorectal cancer.

TL;DR: A comprehensive literature review regarding CRC genetics studies revealed a robust association with CRC in Saudi Arabia (KSA), and gene alterations in APC, EGFR, FBXW7, TP53, PTEN, K-ras genes were concomitant in CRC.
Journal ArticleDOI

β-caryophyllene ameliorates hepatic ischemia reperfusion-induced injury: the involvement of Keap1/Nrf2/HO 1/NQO 1 and TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathways.

TL;DR: In this paper , β-caryophyllene (BCP) was used to prevent hepatic ischemia-reperfusion (H I/R) injury.
