Submerged and eroded drumlins off northeastern Massachusetts

TL;DR: In this paper, the erosional remnants of drumlins are identified as the streamlined, oval-shaped, oriented topographic highs in Massachusetts Bay. But, the drumlins were only slightly eroded during two passages of the shoreline, one during the late Wisconsinan regression and the second passage during the marine transgression, when erosion, in the form of cliff-face retreat, removed the upper part of the drums.

TL;DR: In this article, measurements of short-lived isotopes Be and Cs in sediment cores have been used to trace the thickness and distribution of terrestrial sediment in Hanalei Bay, in order to assess spatial and temporal patterns of sediment deposition and remobilization relative to coral reefs.
