TL;DR: A case of this rare combination in a Middle Eastern woman, primarily amenorrheic, with features suggestive of Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome with a leiomyoma arising from the intra-peritoneal part of the round ligament is reported.
