Evaluating Students' Evaluations of Professors

TL;DR: In this article, the authors compare measures of teacher effectiveness with the students' evaluations for the same teachers using administrative data from Bocconi University and find that teacher quality matters substantially and that their measure of effectiveness is negatively correlated with the student's evaluations of professors.
