PolyPurine Reverse Hoogsteen Hairpins Work as RNA Species for Gene Silencing.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explored the feasibility of using viral vectors to deliver polypurine reverse Hoogsteen hairpins (PPRHs) as a gene therapy tool and showed that PPRH can also work as RNA species, either chemically synthesized or transcribed from a plasmid construct.
