Journal ArticleDOI
Ultrasmall Water-Soluble and Biocompatible Magnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles as Positive and Negative Dual Contrast Agents
Zhen Li,Pei Wei Yi,Qiao Sun,Hao Lei,Hong Li Zhao,Zhonghua Zhu,Sean C. Smith,Min Bo Lan,Gao Qing Max Lu +8 more
TL;DR: The in vivo results show that the liver signal from T1‐weighted MRI is positively enhanced 26%, and then negatively decreased 20% after injection of the iron oxide nanoparticles, which is stronger than those obtained from Gd‐DTPA using the same dosage.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ultrasmall manganese ferrite nanoparticles as positive contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging.
Zhen Li,Shu Xia Wang,Qiao Sun,Hong Li Zhao,Hao Lei,Min Bo Lan,Zhenxiang Cheng,Xiaolin Wang,Shi Xue Dou,Gao Qing Max Lu +9 more
TL;DR: Reducing ferromagnetic particle size is an important strategy to improve their positive effect on imaging through the suppression of their negative effect, demonstrated by ultrasmall manganese ferrite nanoparticles prepared from an environmentally-friendly aqueous route.
Journal ArticleDOI
Three-dimensional graphene-like homogeneous carbon architecture loaded with gold-platinum for the electrochemical detection of circulating tumor DNA
TL;DR: In this article , a ctDNA electrochemical biosensor was developed with a low detection limit and high selectivity by using three-dimensional graphene-like homogeneous carbon architecture (3D-GHC600) loaded with gold-platinum (AuPt).
Journal ArticleDOI
Cardiomyocyte-targeted anti-inflammatory nanotherapeutics against myocardial ischemia reperfusion (IR) injury
Min Bo Lan,Mengying Hou,Jin Yan,Qiurong Deng,Ziyin Zhao,Shixian Lv,Juanjuan Dang,Mengyuan Yin,Yong Ji,Lichen Yin +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors developed a reactive oxygen species (ROS)-ultrasensitive co-delivery of dexamethasone (Dex) and RAGE small interfering RNA (siRAGE) to attenuate myocardial inflammation.
