TL;DR: It is evident that important sport events are linked with a decline of ED use worldwide, and a significant part of ED demands is generated by patients complaining for minor problems in countries with a public health care system, who use ED in a self-convenience pattern.

TL;DR: The 44 hypertensive patients controlled with monotherapy showed a lower incidence of cardiovascular complications and required acute treatment for hypertensive crisis, while patients who required the association of three agents had systolic arterial pressures significantly higher than those observed in patients treated with atenolol alone.
